Brilliant App

As a first timer training for an Ironman this app is a godsend, easy to fit it around your schedule and the app looks great. Personally feel like the progress I have made since I started using it eclipsed anything from before.

Very satisfied

I usually don’t leave reviews but I’m genuinely very satisfied with the app, the provided trainings and the whole design of the app. I can only recommend it to everyone who’s looking for a training plan without spending hundreds of euros.

Ironman Prep

Super helpful for my half IM prep. I liked this app because it let me move around workouts to adapt to my current schedule. I also liked that my garmin devices would auto-download the workout for the day and auto-upload my completed workout back to the program. 10/10 would recommend.

Amazing app and experience

Amazing experience very good customer support new features coming at a fast base running great for a first Ironman I loved it and would recommended it to anyone

No free option?

It looks like you can’t use the app without (test) abo?

Love Love Love

Overall, I'm really loving this app. It's the first one that I feel really encompasses new UI and clear training principles with very helpful features, and I’m very excited for the features coming down the line. Really excited to have my strength training incorporated into my plan. That was something I couldn’t find in others. Overall I would love to have any race style in there not just tri’s but those are my main form of races so it is great. Subscribing for the long haul!

Like the apps layout

Like the app the trial is way too short especially with it being a newer app with many competitors (training peak, tri-dot, wahoo etc). Really don’t know if it’s going to be good or bad as is. Hopefully they get the automatic sync to zwift, and rouvy. That would be great to add and bring value to their platform as is probably about 70% complete hopefully new updates will improve it .

Review

Really like the app it helps my guide my training. Only things I have to say is that I am eager to have the Pause training option for if your sick. Also another Point for me is that alle these swimming exercises in between sets get kinda annoying sometimes.
Anyways great
app

Amazing app

I was hoping to self train for my first Ironman 70.3 but this app made it so much easier and it’s a fair price

Response from developer

Thank you so much! Helping athletes train for their first triathlons with more confidence and less confusion is exactly why we built Stamina. Really happy to hear the app made the process easier and felt fairly priced. Best, Willem Co-founder, Stamina

Perfect training app that’s not AI slop

10/10. Using for my first full Tri. It’s not just AI slop, and the workouts have actual substance with explanations from the coaches. LOVE THIS APP!

Good app/ still in Development

Pro:
The app looks and feels good. I had no major bugs, and the Strava and Garmin integration works well. The workouts suit me nicely—I’m new to swimming, and they helped improve my feel for the water. Running and cycling range from easy Zone 1/2 to VO2 max/FTP intervals, and I never felt under- or overtrained. The price is fair.

Con:
The app is still in development, and key features like skipping or rescheduling workouts are not yet available (but are expected soon).

As a software developer, I can overlook some missing features—but better you try it yourself; there’s a 14-day trial.

Response from developer

Really appreciate you taking the time to write this, especially from a developer’s perspective. You’re right to say the app is still in progress, we’re a team of 3 full-time developers and only launched 6 months ago! But we’re working around the clock to make all the right features available asap to all users. It does obviously take time to build a great product so bear with us 😅 Great to hear the training is hitting the right balance and that the swim sessions are helping. You’re right on the missing flexibility features. Skipping and rescheduling workouts are high on our list and already in progress, we know how important that is for real-world training. Thanks again for the honest feedback and for recommending the trial. Best, Willem Co-founder, Stamina

Huge potential lost through poor vibe coding

Linking activities to the generated workout is inaccurate and unintuitively. Sometimes activities don’t even show up (which were recorded via Garmin or are uploaded to Strava).
Furthermore, if linking works the stats are completely different to what Garmin recorded, seems randomly generated. Hard to work with this if the basics don’t work!
Smaller improvements can be that if deleting or adding a workout the whole week should adjust accordingly. And some other things but those are the most important ones! I hope this gets fixed soon, having such professional coaches involved and charging money for something that is all about tracking and performance should be more accurate and professional! Huge potential though

Response from developer

Thanks for taking the time to write this, this is really helpful feedback. You’re absolutely right that syncing and accurate data are foundational. If workouts aren’t linking properly or stats don’t match what you see on Garmin/Strava, that makes the app hard to trust, and that’s on us to fix. We’re actively improving how activities are matched and parsed from Garmin and Strava to make this more reliable and consistent. If you’re open to it, it would help a lot if you could reach out to us at support@joinstamina.com with an example so we can debug your specific case. On the planning side, fully dynamic weeks (where everything adjusts automatically when you add/remove a workout) is something we’re working toward as well. We’re an early product with a small team of 3 working around the clock to make Stamina the best possible training app it can be. Really appreciate you calling this out, and glad you see the potential. We’re moving fast on these issues. Best, Willem Co-founder, Stamina

Love it!

I’ve been using Stamina for 2 months now as my Ironman training plan and I’m absolutely loving it. Great integration with my Garmin and Strava, easy to use, flexibility to move things around throughout the week, plus clear goals and tips to get the most out of training - couldn’t fault it!

Unreal

This app and the team behind it is unreal. I’m new to triathlon and this app caters to me perfectly. Workouts and training and tough but achievable whilst factoring in active recovery sessions.

Every bug or issue (not even that may) has been promptly responded to with a fix in the pipeline or a recommendation.

Well done to the team and keep up the good work

Really disappointing

In the quest for the right triathlon training app to help support in guiding me to the finish line for my race I trialed this app. In my view it is very sub-par in performance and offerings in comparison to
other similar apps. Price point seems at the higher range for less competitive offerings

Fantastic app

Completely revolutionised my training experience, also helps that the developers are so easy to reach if you have any queries. Constant improvements rolling out as well.

Great App

The app has been perfect for me. Ironman isn’t for a while, but the app offers a “base building” plan to build my fundamentals/base prior to starting my training block.

Ideal triathlon & Ironman Trainer

I was pretty lost with online pdf training plans but the personalized training plans were essential for me
To complete the Ironman. I usually
don’t leave reviews but in this case I really want share my appreciation for the work that’s gone into this app!

The GOAT !

Would recommend to anyone getting into triathlon, simplifies everything. Allows you to move your training around your life and not move your life around training

Perfect for My First Sprint Triathlon

I’m training for my first sprint triathlon, and Stamina has made the whole process feel achievable. The app creates a plan that fits my schedule, and the workouts sync straight to my Garmin, so I always know what to do. The swim sessions with clear demos have been a huge help. Give it a try!
