Not user friendly

I have had multiple issues with the app and accessing my children’s information and pages. Every time I log on their connections to the portal is missing. Extremely frustrating

Successful Ablation

We had an outstanding experience @ Lucile Packard Children Hospital Stanford during my daughter’s ablation procedure. The entire staff was exceptional-professional, compassionate and highly skilled. They made sure we were informed and supported every step of the way. We are truly grateful for the excellent care and kindness we received. Highly recommended. We would like to extend our gratitude to Dr. Ceresnak, Genevieve NP, Jonathan RN, Roanne RN, the anesthesiologist and to the rest of the staff that I need not remember the names. You are all amazing. We are forever grateful.

Poor user interface

Very poorly designed app with almost no help on scheduling and planning appointments ahead of time. Patients always need to call the office during working hours for scheduling. The purpose of app to make it easy for scheduling but this app is of such a failure whenever i try to use it.

Used Navigate The Hospital

My daughter’s first hematology appointment was at the Bass Center, and our experience navigating the hospital was made much easier thanks to the Stanford Children’s app. While the front desk did a good job explaining the directions, there were multiple turns to remember. Instead of worrying about getting lost, I opened the app, clicked on the Navigate the Hospital tile, and easily found the Bass Center in the directory. The navigation worked just like a GPS for walking, guiding me right to the door with precise directions. I’ll definitely be using this feature for future visits to other departments at Stanford Children’s !!

Hard to use

Extremely difficult to use when your kids turn 18. That’s when getting the auth to see their files is difficult to implement and then at 20, two years later, we go through the auth again. No bueno!

Attention

By far the best attention we have ever received, and let this be an example for your colleagues in the field, that you guys are the contact of the illness of your love ones and the job that you perform makes the huge difference, I really does. Thank you for everything

Slow

App is too slow.User interface is not friendly like standford app.

Contact

Thank you

Beautiful Place

All staff were very friendly. Treat patients and families with the utmost care.

Slow freeze

This app never works! Makes it very hard to send in important documents and get in contact with anyone on here!

After Update - test results screen has no go back button

After update - when you click a test results view - you have no button/link to go back to list or home . At least on iPhone 13 doesn’t show it.
So I had to close and open app to view multiple test view. Forget about opening old test results to compare old values.

Great and intuitive app

App is very informative and intuitive to use . Has great design and lots of great information !

Great app

I really enjoy using the Stanford Children’s Health Mobile app. It’s a complete one stop to find all the relevant information. Really liked the recent changes made to “Navigate the Hospital” which provides turn by turn directions to navigate from point A to point B. User interface is very friendly and easy to use

I absolutely hate the update

I don’t know why they changed something that was working marvelous... when they updated the “my chart” the only thing they did was to crash this app into failure... it takes forever to charge anything, and when something appears on the screen is a note saying they were unable to charge the data into system. Try again later.... why they changed it!!!!!
