What’s the point
It’s pretty much useless as the app hardly works. No way of showing status within the star alliance.
Useless and terrible
What a mediocre app that is completely useless. Can’t login to see your points. Every link just takes you to the airline website. The ui and ux are terrible. A waste of time and money. Makes me want to quit star alliance program just from the app.

No log-in or interconnectivity with Star Alliance flights. Generic information only. I deleted it and rely on apps of individual airlines.

Passport scan not working
Unable to update my passport. It won’t scan and constantly showing scan failed… so annoying and no help from customer service.
Disappointing
Not accurate. Biometric registration is not possible due to errors.. not user friendly

Seems like biometrics scanning doesn’t work for everyone. How did this app get released to the public?
Lots of “Try again Later”
Not very helpful. Need to fill out own flight details to include them , no info from

This App will not work, period!
Terrible
It is hard to rate this app when it is impossible to get logged into the app. First which airline…my airline not listed even though it is part of Star Alliance. Next put photo page of passport in square..done. Next hold phone over passport and scan passport..try again, failed, try again, failed, continual error.

Useless app
This app gives generic information which is already available on Star Alliance website. You can’t get info regarding partner airlines status. There is no way to login in the app to using star alliance membership number to check frequent flyer points or any other information.
Be more like United Airlines’ award-winning app
Like the title says, this app has to be more like United Airlines’ app — very user friendly and navigable, and easy on the eyes.
Worst app
Lufthansa sent an email recommending using this app to upload biometrics. It’s the absolute worst. It takes a photo before you can even position the camera. The instructions and feedback are horrible. I works give the app a 0 if possible.
Doesn’t work
Thinking that this help with the security part. No result within the search function.
