This app does not support Apple Pay for payment when you sign in account but available when use as guest the option is available. How dumb is it?

Ways to improve
It would be great to have the option to review a purchase or location. I recently went to a Starbucks where I could swear they gave me Swiss miss instead of Starbucks hot chocolate.

It makes ordering easy and I love earning stars to use towards free food/drinks. Im glad i can now use my cards to tip instead of loading my Starbucks card.

I do not know why his feelings are hurt and decided to remove survey in app. Then he declared the reason for the price increase which did not back up to his claim. Suppliers said different. The real reason is he invested over 50 million to 200 million for ai and it failed him. He is trying to recoup that loss. Non transparency will hit him So brain is obsessed with his own income and bonus over quality

When updates are pushed to the app, I can not sign in or order that’s my only issue. It just can happen a lot other than that I love the convenience

The app is fine, but forcing you to load more money on the app if your gift card balance doesn’t cover the order is a scam.

Yes, there are other coffee shops, but I don’t know many of them that have 27g of protein in a coffee at 8am. My time is valuable

I love the Starbucks app. It is so much nicer than going to Starbucks and not know what to get, you know what to get ahead of time.
Crashing since update Jul 2026
Since your most recent update in Jul 2026, the app continues to crash daily and cannot even restart it. I end up going to different coffee shops since I can’t even access the app to pay. You’re holding my money hostage and I refuse to reload my sbux card going forward.
