I literally hate this app. No way to edit your pickup time for a mobile order, the payment options are abysmal, won’t let you reload a gift card with just the amount needed to pay for your order, it makes you pay for a $10 minimum card, so you end up in an endless loop of gift cards that are never empty.

Basic parts of the app don’t work
Almost every time I try and order through the app, one of the only parts that needs to work, it gets stuck on the loading screen and I can’t continue. I haven’t been able to use it in weeks and have basically given up on the app. I looked it up and I’m not the only person who’s had this problem.

I have been using the app almost daily, it makes my morning commute much easier. My order is saved so is my location so no added work needed.

Wasn’t use, easy to navigate. I can find a Starbucks anywhere in the country. Ordering on line to pickup is a breeze. Love seeing my stars grow
