Wish they’d add a cancellation button
Love so much about this app, but it’s so easy to accidentally place order at an unintended location. It would help customers (and I would think the stores too) if there was a cancellation button that could be clicked even within the first X number of seconds after placing the order. Often it’s in that immediate confirmation screen where it’s noticed that the order is at the wrong location.

Scalping needs to be addressed. You’re just as guilty
Starbucks continues to let resellers and scalpers clean out entire physical stores of limited merchandise the second doors open, only to flip them online for $100+. Corporate knows this is happening and completely ignores the customer base.You have a massive Rewards App infrastructure. Highly anticipated merchandise drops need to be shifted to an ONLINE-ONLY, 1-item-per-account limit for verified Starbucks Rewards members only. Protect your loyal customers instead of enabling reseller scum culture. Until you use this app to fix the broken in-store drop system, it's a 1-star from me. Fix the system.

Syrup & Water Issues!
At my local Starbucks, I drinks have been bad. When I ordered a caramel macchiato, the syrup was not even stirred at the bottom of the cup one day then on three other occasions, my Matcha green tea was a watery and I barely got a tea. There was tons of green cook and clumps at the bottom of my cup. They really need to do better. That’s like five times that I’ve been there that I got bad drinks. I may start going to Peete’swith my husband if it doesn’t get any better.
