I know that everybody would give this a 5 well I would but a worker got my order wrong so I gave it a 4, asked for a vanilla latte and they used foam latte *means creamy latte* but it still was pretty nice to try!

200MB is insane, sign up is confusing and verifying your email for PayPal and then closing the window when you come back to the app is insane. Apply pay to only buy gift cards for order ahead is dumb and inconvenient.

I love the app, except for the fact that if you need to get a credit because a particular Starbucks isn’t open, it’s almost impossible to find a way to get that credited online. I’ve had it happen a few times where a Starbucks showed that it was open however, when I got there, it was closed.

I love being able to order my drinks online and not have to wait to pick it up.
Store locations not showing
Updated the app. Location sharing is on. No connection issues and the app refuses to show nearby stores for mobile ordering. I have deleted the app. Re-downloaded the app many times. Nothing fixes this issue?!!! Anyone have and suggestions. I have been using the app for 6 years at least.

This app need to change the way The button is for the pick up location. it’s not obvious. many times I’ve skipped right over it without thinking about it. As usually not a problem if I go through the drive-through, even when the default option is pick up in the store, but still it should be fixed. most other apps you need to select a clear option.
