Fab app

Such a great app. I’ve used lots of different routines/modalities/apps over the years and this is the one I always come back to. I recommend it to anyone wanting to strengthen, tone and get a cardio hit. It’s the do anywhere, anytime workout, suitable for all fitness levels. There’s enough in the free version to get you started and plenty of challenge in the paid version. The pre built workouts are great for days when you just need to fit in a quick session, and the build your own option offers plenty of scope for top to toe or focussing on specific areas. Great for people starting or returning to fitness, but also plenty of hardcore options for those who really want to seat. Thank you Stark :)

Spelling..

Need to correct the word “Lose”. We “Lose” weight, not “”Loose” weight. My belt is loose not lose. Not so free when you have to buy the workouts and the grammar isn’t even correct.

Locked out after purchasing 👎

I’ve used this app for over five years and had access to all the workouts. Recently I noticed that I’m now locked out of all my previous purchases. Not cool!

Pls help me

I love the app. It has been my go-to for social distancing. My question is about BRAK. What is it? Why can’t i find anything about it on google?

Tabata

Nice workout for a beginner like me.
Just a bit out of breath. Thank you
