They are holding everyone hostage with outbound transfer fees to close the account but keep raising the monthly cost
Unable to login
Changes were made to the app yesterday as a result that I cannot login.
Stole money from me
This app logged me out with no reason or explanation and won’t let me back into my account with money in it!
Scammy
I had a Stash account for a couple years. Seemed like a good app, $3 a month but then they raised the price to $12. I’ve now been trying to move over my assets and it has been such a hassle. They don’t make it easy and apparently take $100 for each transfer. I don’t trust this company anymore and do not like the direction they are moving towards.

Wish I could
I gave this a 1 star because they want to send me a text for a verification code where I live in Kentucky between two mountains in the head of the hollow I can’t receive a code no close cell towers and when I go to where I could receive a text I still can’t where my phone is disconnected as far as I know I can’t use my email to receive the code or I can’t figure out how to switch to use my email .

AI in app
The AI chat takes ages and never has any useful advice. Also, information that used to be easy to access is now only available by using the ai chat bot
Shady company
They purchased stockpile and when I found out I was getting charged monthly, I’ve been trying to close the account and get my funds out and it’s practically impossible. They won’t transfer to my bank, after giving them literally all of my data, including a copy of my drivers license and all bank account info. They keep asking for a diff bank as if it’s normal to bank with two diff banks?? I’m getting concerned that I’ll never see that money and have no clue who to escalate this to.
