Reliable /Secure, and Easy to Use.
I recently used Stasher to store my rucksack while attending a Comic Con in Nottingham, and it was a total lifesaver! I booked with the Premier Inn Nottingham Central twice, and the process was seamless. It allowed me to enjoy the convention and explore Nottingham Castle completely hands free without worrying about my luggage. An amazing, stress free resource that I’ll definitely use again!"

One booking came out at £52 on app but £6 on website! Would also be good to be able to set preferences eg Premier Inn rather than newsagents
Only 50% refund if you cancel
Booking and signing up was easy and I kept seeing that I could cancel anytime before arriving. My plans changed 3 days before and I cancelled and they only offer a 50% refund. Just a little scammy to me and I guess it’s in the fine print so buyers beware. So hopefully someone reads reviews.

Avoid this app dark patterns.
Location was shut down. No way to easily cancel booking. AI chat refused to match my booking ID which was hard to copy from the app. They take your money immediately they say they will refund in 15 days if it’s closed after a torturous path to get resolution.
Great app! Used in PVR
Was sceptical at first, but totally legit. Puerto Vallarta airport doesn’t have luggage storage, so used Stasher and found a hostel that will store our bags for the fee. Great service!
Hidden fees & bad refund policy
Stasher charged me up to 8 euros in hidden fees upon booking. I tried to cancel and rebook because my bags were bigger than expected and they only gave a partial refund

Difficult to trust
In Europe similar apps exist and you can walk up to the participating store or cafe to see the app’s logo. You can then scope the place out to decide whether to leave your valuables there. We’re in Bracknell UK and wanted to store 4 items when switching between Airbnbs. Stasher seems to be ‘fully booked’ locally even for days ahead. Odd. We walked around its supposed location, no sign. I’m not convinced there’s a Stasher partner or locker installation in Bracknell.

Hi, We do have active partners in Bracknell. We send identification stickers to all locations, but not all display them as visibly as we'd like. We're working on this!! Regarding availability: our partners have limited capacity per day. Fully booked means demand has filled available spots. With 4 items this fills up faster. We recommend booking in advance to secure space. We hope you'll give us another try next time.
Stasher Premier Inn Belfast
Helpful guest services personnel at Premier Inn. The young man who checked in our luggage, Easter Sunday morning went above and beyond in giving us additional tourist information, and directions. We felt also that our luggage was safely stored, and the location was easy to find.
Frustrating app
Found a suitable storage place online, but when I tried to use the app to book the same, The whole thing crashed repeatedly and said no availability 😡

Uses push notifications for advertising.
Didn’t end up finding a spot where I needed but kept the app around thinking that it would probably be useful in the future. A couple weeks later it send me a push notification advertising the app.
Immediately uninstalled the app. No interest in apps that spam me.

I’ve used Stasher several times when I visit family in London… after landing at Heathrow, I drop my baggage at my chosen location and spend the day sightseeing. Everyone has been reliable and friendly and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this service!
