Deceptive Pricing and Unwanted Membership Charges – Avoid or Check Your Invoices
I recently used this EV charging station, and my experience was incredibly disappointing due to a lack of pricing transparency. Before charging, the rate was clearly advertised at 25 INR/kWh. However, upon reviewing the final bill, I was charged 30 INR/kWh.
Furthermore, I was forced into a 3-month "membership" fee of 600 INR that was neither requested nor explained as mandatory. This feels like a predatory practice designed to inflate costs under the guise of a service subscription. For a growing industry, this lack of honesty regarding billing is a major deterrent. I strongly urge potential customers to double-check their invoices against the advertised rates before finalizing payment. I hope the management addresses this discrepancy and reviews their billing ethics immediately.

Good experience with BE6
I have been using Statiq charger for about 3 months and so far experience was good. It has automatic charging feature which is of great convenience and just need to plug the car and go. Also I contacted customer care about Statiq miles and they were very helpful in getting discounts. I use app on iOS and it works good. One minor issue observed with charging time today since it was showing 9 hours for full charge whereas my car took little more than one hour to top up from 15% to 100%. This was working before and expecting this to be fixed with an upcoming update.

Statiq is Buggy and Unreliable
Statiq is not functioning smoothly like other EV charging services. My app has been buggy for the past two weeks and I always require customer service assistance to initiate charging sessions from any listed public chargers. I’ve brought this problem to their notice and they seem to be clueless as to how to solve this and always end the conversation by askkng me to reinstall my app. On longer road trips, half their chargers fail to function.

literally saved us
we were on the highway and our tata punch ev was going low on battery, every other app showed us chargers that had on/off times or were not working. our car drained to 10% and went on low performance mode to save battery. it was not going quickly; it couldn’t show the range and it was going at 50/kph instead of the 75 we were going earlier, then i checked out the statiq app, it gave us a working charger within our range of 40 kms. thankfully it was dc (fast charging) so we didn’t spend the night at bpcl. highly recommend as it gives accurate real time tracking of chargers.

The Worst EV Charging Experience Around
Easily one of the most frustrating EV charging experiences I’ve had — and that’s saying something. This company loves to market itself as “premium,” but the reality is closer to a bad joke. Their stations, even in supposedly prime locations, look abandoned: broken chargers, zero maintenance, trash around, and absolutely no sense of responsibility.
The app is just as pathetic — slow, buggy, and designed so poorly that it feels like they don’t even use their own product. Add to that the constant errors, failed payments, and random glitches, and it starts giving off classic scammer vibes. They take your money, offer nothing close to reliable service, and vanish when you need support.
For an EV user, this company is not a solution — it’s a problem you pay for. Strongly recommend staying away until they stop cutting corners and start behaving like a real service provider instead of a half-baked operation running on big promises and zero delivery.
