It was alright
I wanted to connect to Crunchyroll, so I could watch Apothecary Diaries, but unfortunately it didn’t do what I thought it would.

Trash app it doesn’t works keeps saying it’s an error no matter the code ai put in.

This app doesn’t work. Do not download this app it just takes up space.

Tries to stream Hulu, Apple TV, Netflix, Prime and Cox Contour. None worked as promised.

Doesn’t work. Hilton should cancel this contract and simply use larger, available, and functional systems. They are free as well.

Works as advertised. You pick the channel by name, i.e. History channel. Not the show that is playing.

It Does What’s Advertised
People need to stop rating this app based on what they want it to do, and rate it based on its performance relative to what it’s supposed to do.
This app is simply a replacement for your hotel room remote control. It does make it easier to see what channels are available and adjust the volume. It doesn’t offer any other functionality.
In fact I was able to use the app without even being on the hotel Wi-Fi. So that’s actually cool.
All in all it’s a very basic app that has one job and it does what it’s supposed to do very well. Just because it doesn’t do what you think it should do isn’t a reason to rate it poorly.

Basic limited remote and horrible casting
Not worth it. Junk.
Why?
My main complaint is basically if the place you’re staying has this as an option , you basically can’t Change the input on the TV and are restricted from connecting your own devices to the TV. The app doesn’t let you change input, you can’t control volume, or anything else other than a channel. App is useless and I don’t understand its purpose. Like oh I forgot the controller on the seat, but I’m in bed? I guess I can change the channel?
