Suddenly found this app, seems easier to use for booking than a lot of others.
They changed my booking
I originally booked through orbitz, but cancelled when I found out about StayPlus due to their promotion they had going where I would get $25 for uber eats and a gift set delivered to my room. Just checked today and it does not show a booking. They transferred my booking over to their parent company booking.com for the same price but without the benefits. Now I cannot change it without paying $112 to cancel. I could have saved some money with orbitz too but gave StayPlus a shot due to the promotion.

Thank you for traveling with StayPlus. Your booking is always available - just log in to the StayPlus app with the phone number specified in your booking and find booking details at your profile. StayPlus Guests always get more for the same price. For those booked with complimentary transfer or complimentary meals - all in force. If you have booked a place to stay when 15% Reward Back was in place - that’s also fine, you’ll get a StayPlus Prepaid Mastercard after check-out.
