Most horrible app
You have to give one star.... i would not even give a half! Terrible! Cannot open full documents on my macbook. Cannot sign anything. Cannot even send document between macbook and iphone. I have been trying to sign and upload documents for more than 3 hours and still no success! Have never experienced this kind of trouble with any other document sogn and upload apps. Absolutely horrible!! Be prepared to be utter frustrated!

EVault falls flat
I like that this app exists, but the execution doesn’t deliver.
The eVault is very frustrating to use. Even though we uploaded all the documents required twice over, we still received emails from the attorneys saying things were missing. Either the documents were not missing or they were missed due to the unintuitive upload process.
I would like to see feedback on missing documents through the app rather than waiting weeks to hear back from the attorneys via email.
I would like the ability to sign documents through the app rather than having to download, sign, and reupload via the app.
The progress report is not live but an infrequently updated pdf that I have to constantly track for updates that I know already happened.
The fact that there is a R450 fee for a glorified S3 interface honestly makes me mad. Struggling to understand what the point is. Emailing the documents is much less painful.

Smart app, comes with a price
Liked the app, very helpful. But be aware that making use of the eVault comes with a steep R450 for an app you potentially only have to use for a couple of weeks.

Slow to respond
Quite a tedious process. Would rather prefer having all the documents filled in by attorneys and client just signs. Document pics should be taken by attorneys themselves.
