الدعم الفني غير متجاوب ولايوجد لديه حلول
اشترتك في احد التطبيقات والخصم يكون تلقائيا كل شهر ، المهم اردت الغاء الاشتراك وتواصلت مع التطبيق ولكن تماطلوا ولم يحلوا مشكلتي وقالوا انه لايوجد لدينا حساب والخ ، المهم كل يوم تاتيني رساله محاولة خصم من الرصيد ، طبعا لايوجد لدي رصيد كافي ، لم اجد حل مشكلتي واتجهت الى الدعم الفني لدى stc بكل برود قالوا لي الغ الاشتراك من التطبيق ، طيب التطبيق يماطلون ولم يجدوا حل لي ، هل ستذهب اموالي سدى بدون ان يقف معي البنك !!! تواصلت مع اكثر من شخص في الدعم الفني ، حتى ماكلفوا على انفسهم يبحثون عن بياناتي ، يريدون اقفال الماحدثة فقط ، والى الان مشكلتي لم تحل وساحذف التطبيق لان ثقتي لم تكن في محلها

ليه تتحكمون بكميه الايداع
اجبار المستخدم على ايداع مبلغ لايقل عن ١٠٠ واخذ رسوم كبيره اذا اردت ارجاع المبلغ هذي تجعلنا نهرب من تطبيقكم

تطبيق للاسف تغير وصار فاشل
كان التطبيق جدا جميل و مساعدنا الان سيئ السبب فجاءة يفرض عليك حد من الأموال للإيداع قبل كان ٥٠ ثم صار ١٠٠ ثم الان ١٥٠!!! انتم عارفين واحنا عارفين اننا نستخدم تطبيقكم تسهيل لأسلوب الحياة خصوصا مع عائلتنا و اصدقائنا حاول شوي تفكرون في موضوع الاستدامة و تربطونها بتطبيقكم

I had a problem sending my money i sent ticket and it will take 5 days for them to check it i tried contacting their custmer service but its useless still giving me unnecessary information and in the middle of the conversation he hang up on me worst customer service of my life

I have made the request to delete my account after bad experiences with STC PAY. I even took a photo of my id card and passport. Closing a bank account with actual banks would have been easier. I got a message that my request was approved and accepted, but my account is still there. Very unprofessional tactics. One can open an STC pay account without a passport, but can’t close it without one. A lot of Saudis don’t have passports which makes it clear that there are tactics of making the customer’s life as difficult as possible.

Lagging issue
It is very bad to find a lagging in the application and you need to logout and then login again. Furthermore, it is often getting late SMS messages when pay via STC pay or specifically when I pay my housemaid monthly salary, I have not received any SMS message since months with same issue. Good to enhance such notification quickly in this good STC pay application. Thanks.

Lacks Flexibility, useless now.
The new 100 SAR minimum top-up limit is absurd for an e-wallet! E-wallets are supposed to offer flexibility, not force me to load 100 SAR just to send 25 or 50 SAR to friends. It defeats the purpose of quick transfers, and many are already switching to better options. I also regret upgrading to STC Bank — it’s just an e-wallet pretending to be a bank account, with long verification steps and calls just to add people for transfers. I already have several real bank accounts and don’t need the hassle. I miss the simplicity of the original STC Pay and would gladly delete my account and re-sign up just to get it back. You’re losing users with these frustrating change.
