Doesn’t show up on apps to be able to cancel subscription. No cancel app option in the app. How is this legal?

Used to be a great app. Introducing a feature that blocks you from seeing all the restaurants, even from the people you pay to subscribe too is awful. Money grabbing & unnecessary change

Nice idea - needs a lot
I love the idea of this app, especially the ability to follow curators. The reason why I think it needs work is there needs to be richer filters, and a way for users and curators to leave some kind of rating or review of step locations. Just because the location was stepped doesn’t mean it’s actually worth checking out.

Clunky can’t cancel subscription
This app is really hard to navigate, doesn’t feel intuitive and especially difficult to understand how to cancel a subscription. I had an unexpected charge show up for a subscription I didn’t even realise I had. This doesn’t show as part of your account settings and is cancelled by “unfollowing” people with no indication that they are a pay feature. Feels in violation of app payment and transaction process.

Cancellation
Got charged for service I’m not using and didn’t realize was on my account. Tried cancelling before the subscription date and not a single person will respond to my emails.
Good idea, poor execution
This could be a sort of “Goodreads/Letterboxd for food” where you can follow influential critics etc and see recommendations - what it actually is is just a list of restaurants that the people you follow (some at a cost) have ticked, with no context, rating, ranking or review attached. You also pay a monthly subscription for certain people (eg. Topjaw) only to access substantially less information than in their free video content elsewhere. Their online info about cancelling payments is also still incorrect as per the previous commenter here.

Lifetime access revoked
Paid for lifetime access to a curators pins, however this was revoked in favour of a monthly subscription model. Total rug pull scam.

Can’t unsubscribe
I have emailed six times, looked everywhere I can and they keep debiting me a fee. I’ve had to resort to cancelling my credit card and reporting them to consumer affairs to stop their charges. Do not recommend. Do not subscribe
Clunky, slow, buggy
Can’t report all the issues through the app because..I don’t know why. One of many things that have drove me to give up on this app. Can’t search for anything, nothing loads, doesn’t show me anything in new locations, and if anything does load, it takes an obscene amount of time.
Very slow loading time
I like the idea of this app but it always takes so long to load, I updated to the latest version and the problem still persists. Also it’s difficult to find places e.g. show only most popular coffee or brunch places, or specify search e.g. by specialty coffee or only brunch.
Cool idea poor execution
Cool concept but app doesn’t work well. Incredibly slow. Makes it a pain to use.
Buggy
Downloaded this app to follow the recommendations of a YouTuber I love. I selected sign in using AppleID. Log in is extremely slow on both iPad and iPhone; when logged in, the content loads slowly or not at all; my Profile won;t load. Clearly something many others don’t suffer, but not a good experience either. Unusually at the moment.

Scam charges
Being charged for this every month. Not on my Apple subscription list and no way to cancel the subscription. I don’t like that app and isn’t easy to use IMHO! The fact they charge you and you can’t cancel seems like a scam.
