Lost my details
Unhappy that half way through the event, I have no details via the app. I’ve lost my badges, and all my streaks. No link to help.
The app has stopped working
The app is not letting me log my steps at the moment. Please fix it or update it.

This app is a scam
This app doesn’t work. It does not sync with my Apple Health even though I’ve given it permissions. And when I try to log steps manually nothing happens. I select the date, add steps, click Log Steps and literally nothing happens.
Not working
I’m not sure what happened to the current version of the app, it’s not working. I used the same team and account from last year, and it worked fine before. However, this year, I can’t log in and access my account at all in the app. I can see and access it on the website, but I can’t log in to the app. I can’t even save my progress. So, I’ve decided not to participate this year. :(

The app is broken
When I opened the app I first saw the logo of the app and then it took me to a white screen where I could do anything. It did not tell me how many steps I had or how many I needed. Please fix your app

Good app but so many notifications
I’ve turned off all tip notifications in the settings area but the app continues to spam me daily with notifications unrelated to my team. Just don’t need those
Could have some extra features
The activities are a bit dated, I feel like some new ones could be added!
Also - would love it to sync with Apple Watch / Garmin watch!

So much better this year STEPtember team. New app functions well and awesome leaderboard functions. Easy to sign in once I reset my password and got 5 friends to sign up over lunch on the 31st and they got in first time and think it’s great too!

2022/2023 App version not as user friendly
I have been doing steptember for a few years now and this year it’s even harder to determine what days I haven’t logged steps on… Please just show the date and the total steps added for that date like it used to be… so frustrating to log that I’ve stopped logging as I can’t work out which days I haven’t added for as it’s included times added and not dates (just last Monday etc). I’m so busy with work and kids and I don’t have time time to add steps everyday and it’s not easy to add for past days … sorry but don’t think I’ll do it next year purely because the app is not easy to use

Awesome STEP app!
Loooove the refreshed app - it was super easy to log in, log steps/activities via syncing with Apple Health and Google Fit, and great sharing functions to Facebook, WhatsApp, Email etc that make fundraising easy and fun!
Not working
Was looking forward to the newly updated app this year but unfortunately after the latest update it doesn’t even open properly on my iPhone SE.
