Unreliable and no customer service from call handler have been late for work and school drop off even when the taxi has been pre booked a hour in advance
The only good thing to say is the drivers are friendly and helpful.

Easy to use mostly. Sometimes it isn’t clear on how you can go back to the main screen. Works as intended though
