John, the onsite manager is the best. He helped us rent the right size space for our teardrop and the rental process was quick and efficient. Would definitely recommend!
Horrible
The app freezes and there are no way for the management to override the lock. Now we are on hour six and contemplating calling the police because they have stolen the goods by preventing access. If you can find storage without Nokē app if you can. They don’t care and the storage unit providers say they have no way to override. Do not use!
