John, the onsite manager is the best. He helped us rent the right size space for our teardrop and the rental process was quick and efficient. Would definitely recommend!
Horrible
The app freezes and there are no way for the management to override the lock. Now we are on hour six and contemplating calling the police because they have stolen the goods by preventing access. If you can find storage without Nokē app if you can. They don’t care and the storage unit providers say they have no way to override. Do not use!

I really like the digital entrance procedures, but gentleman in the office is Always more than helpful if U need him 2 assist U in any way. Wonderful experience & Company. The app is very convenient for entry and exit of the storage facility. I am giving it 4 stars because the “Make a Payment” option doesn’t work.

Got invited, with a code. First login showed some detail screen that failed to
proceed. Restarted the app, trying to use the phone and the SMS code, it fails with "can't interpret the input".
Would appreciate if you could actually debug the most essential user flow before releasing an app, thanks.

Best Storage place
The storage place at 2359 Lakewood Rd. in Toms, New Jersey is an excellent place to come the workers there are amazing and they treat you like family...

It's ok when it works
The app only works on occasion and if your unit is underground like mine the app won't work at least 50 percent of the time. And god forbid the office is closed even during posted hours because there isn't going to be any help.

I like the way the storage is operated with electronic way of entering and exiting as well as as a staff here it’s very responsive and nice thank you we appreciate
