The app is very convenient for entry and exit of the storage facility. I am giving it 4 stars because the “Make a Payment” option doesn’t work.

Got invited, with a code. First login showed some detail screen that failed to
proceed. Restarted the app, trying to use the phone and the SMS code, it fails with "can't interpret the input".
Would appreciate if you could actually debug the most essential user flow before releasing an app, thanks.

Best Storage place
The storage place at 2359 Lakewood Rd. in Toms, New Jersey is an excellent place to come the workers there are amazing and they treat you like family...

The app only works on occasion and if your unit is underground like mine the app won't work at least 50 percent of the time. And god forbid the office is closed even during posted hours because there isn't going to be any help.

This app is so buggy, how does it have 4.9 stars? Literally have to log in 3 times just to get it to work
Absolutely awful
Forgets your password forcing you to reset it, I use a password manager and it’s happened multiple times, it’s not user error.
The password reset and login flows frequently forget your location in the app so if you switch to your messages to get the code and switch back, you’re back to square one and get stuck in a loop requesting a code you can never input.

I’ve really enjoyed my storage! So easy to set up and access!! Billing is automated but if I’ve ever needed customer service they have been spectacular! I highly recommend!! The pricing is VERY Reasonable!!

There’s not much to say, it does what it’s supposed to do. Great app, it works seamlessly, and even helps you locate each place (front gate, back gate, storage, etc.) with little to no effort. Thanks keep up the great work.
