Rising ABOVE trauma!
On my 2nd 63-day cycle through this Neurocycle app. It is still mind blowing to me how incredibly it works to set me free from toxic thoughts, (most formed by 4 years old and carried with me til now at 50 years old).
I have gone through counselling for 2 years and it helped a lot but all I knew were the “whys”. This app actually sets me free from even the “whys” and into freedom, autonomy and choosing the kind of thought-life I want to have. I am finally free from my past.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr Caroline Leaf. Forever grateful for your life’s work and purpose.

I started the Neurocycle app after listening to Dr. Leaf’s interview on the Mel Robbins podcast back in December. I was facing some pretty challenging circumstances in my life and found myself getting to a very dark place where I was losing all hope. I started to doubt that I would ever find joy or peace again. I would ruminate constantly… a spiral of negativity I couldn’t seem to stop. I was angry all the time and would be having these mental fights with other people in my mind all day. It felt like I was losing control and didn’t know how to find my way back. The 63 day Neurocycle changed everything. I started seeing where and when these patterns started and why they were suddenly triggered so intensely now. And as I saw these things, everything started to make sense. Even though the emotional and physical reactions in my body still happened for quite awhile, their sting lessened and I started to feel like I was regaining control. Today I have a sense of calm and joy that is unlike anything I’ve ever known before. This process has opened my eyes to other areas in my life where I can apply these methods to find even greater freedom and peace. I am beyond grateful to Dr. Leaf for giving me back …me.

It can be a bit confusing. I would have liked more directions, and the lack of them at times could be frustrating, but I saw changes in myself which is most important.

Can you please make the Remind button more accessible for IOS. Its hidden under the keyboard and it takes several attempts to tap it to execute, save and move on to the next day.
I really want to use this, but…
The first lesson says it takes 30-45 minutes, the actual lesson is 12mins and then tells you to “go to the brain preparation section next”. Where is this?

Don’t Bother
The explanation on how the app works is 3 videos that last about 10 minutes total where the woman says the same 8 buzz words around 7,936 times. She just repeats herself but rearranges the order of the words so it sounds interesting. It’s “based on science” but gives no scientific data, sources, or even a single example. Don’t waste your time downloaded, it’s 10 minutes I’ll never get back.

The only thing that has worked for me.
For decades now, I have tried different modalities, without sustained success. The guidance from Dr.Leaf is uncanny. As I have gone through the first 21 days, which has actually taken me about three months, I have been astounded by what she is saying correlating exactly with what I am feeling that day. I am in my mid 60s and this has been incredibly life altering and joy giving for me.

This technique is really amazing. However after starting a new cycle I can’t go pass through the first steps of writing the 3 toxic thoughts. That’s frustrating!
Bugs galore
I'm sure the content is great but wherever it asks you to write something, the 'next' button disappears. I bought this app because I'm in pain but all this app has done is reinforce my belief that nothing works for me.
