They lie

I signed up for a 7 day trial and they immediately charged me for a year subscription. Do not get this app!

Option to get help from developer doesn’t work.

This App was supposed to be designed to your age and body type. As an older person, there is no way to do any of these stretching exercises.
I would like to be refunded, but that’s not an option here. Zero stars.

Limitations

Love the stretches but unable to do any floor. Extreme back pain after 3 lumbar fusions. I am also over weight.

Don’t do it

Won’t let me get rid of the subscription keeps trying to take out funds if my account

Customer Service?

I was looking for a stretch app and came across this one that looked good. Unlike most apps it will give you a 7 day trial before signing up for a year but the way this one is set up makes it quite easy to unknowingly sign up for a year without getting the 7 day trial. I have not heard a peep from the company since I reached out a week ago.

The app itself is ok. It’s very AI (no humans at all)with no personal touches or explanations when moving from stretch to stretch, often missing one side of the body(stretches should be balanced). It’s ok and I’ll use it rather than throw away my money but I would not have signed up for the membership that I have.

Very raw and overly aggressive app

The music and voice prompts are extremely annoying. While the exercises themselves are fine, there are awkward pauses between exercises where you are ready to start, but the countdown hasn’t begun yet, so you’re just waiting for the app to continue.

The voice prompts feel random and are not aligned with what is shown on the screen, which creates confusion during the workout.

If you’re open to feedback on how to improve the experience, feel free to reach out. The core idea is okay, but within just 10 minutes of using the app, I was asked to pay for a subscription 6–8 times, which I found extremely disruptive and frustrating.

Easy and effective

I am often sceptical of these sorts of apps, but based on other reviews gave it a go. So easy to use, easy to follow with calming music. Been adding 10 mins at start and 10 mins at end of each of my days and already feel better in my 48 year old mainly sedimentary job body. I also go the gym but this is fabulous and easy to do at home. It helps give me energy in the morning and sleep easier at night. Highly recommended.

It’s not a free trial. It’s a lie.

I was under the impression that I would not be charged for the first week and could cancel before being charged for a subscription but this is the second day and they just charged my card $13 and I immediately went to unsubscribe in the app but it's anything but a straightforward process you can do in the app to stop the payments. I think they did this intentionally. I’ve been seeing apps do this more and more lately and I resent it. It’s technically legal, but it’s wrong.
The stretches are OK, but I wasn’t blown away by all the new stretches I would learn. This should be a free app. Period.

Cost

I didn’t agree signing up what’s the costs?

If your not already flexible

This app does not have too much for customization. I would not recommend this if you are not already flexible. I wanted to set a time and routine for stables to increase my mobility. Which due to an injury is somewhat limited. I will say the routine/scheduling aspect is great though. It’s not all bad just wish there was more depth in the question for your workout. Like age, how flexible are you to start with. This way it would be more customizable for you. I already paid for the year which was a very reasonable price I will say. So I’ll try to find something to use it for.

Great so far!

after one guided lesson I already feel like i’ve been for a massage!

Fantastic app

This app does what it says, very good stretches for my upper back, neck and shoulder.

AI voices and no stretch progression

The AI voices were kind of grating. I'm used to good AI voices but these completely disrupt the flow of your stretching. I'm considering trying other apps because of it.

There also doesn't appear to be progression in stretching types as you become more flexible.
