Not Actually Free
I’d like to use the app but it’s not actually free. You can try it free for a week but I’m looking for a good stretching app I don’t have to pay anything for.
Just what I needed
What a wonderful way to start my day. I’ve been wanting to implement a consistent routine and this app makes it so easy. I love it!
Videos don't play
Everything has been going great love the verity… but now any video I try to click on, doesn't play on wifi or off wifi
Keeps you on track
Very useful with a number of different routines, whether you want to focus on certain areas or allocate a certain amount of time stretching. Really great and the instructor is super chill and relaxing. It’s helping me do daily stretches and become more flexible.

Mid. Missing basic functionality
Its ok. You have to do a lot of work for things you assume it does.
1) you shouldnt have to put somethjng twice to get a left and a rightside. If you want one side, you should opt out.
2) reording doesnt work
3) stretches should be meta tagged better. What i call hip flexor stretch, it calls something else, so you soend a lot of time searching.
4) no watch integration to prompt to move on with haptics

Best Stretch App Ever!
I first saw Sam stretching and showing off his techniques on Instagram. Then he offered a great discount for his Stretch app around the Christmas season and I thought this would be a great way to integrate and motivate me to stretch every day. It’s been almost 2 years and I can say I have never felt better. My chronic back pain is wildly improved and I can finally touch my toes! I haven’t had to see the chiropractor in eons! Sam adds new stretch sessions so it’s not always the same routines. The App now allows you to build your own routines as well. I love the monthly stretch challenges as it motivates me to keep up or catch up if I miss a day. Highly recommend! From beginner to advanced, there something for everyone! ❤️

Great way to feel better!
I am not an exercise person. I am active, but I don’t enjoy exercise “routines”. But I also have aches and pains, that get more acute with each passing year. The Stretch app is easy to follow and gives me short lessons that really help me feel better. Sam’s laidback directions are easy to follow and fit well into my busy schedule.

This is a great app to teach everyone from newbie to experienced. Easy to understand instructions, fun challenges, and practical programs. 10/10 recommend.

Classes on my schedule
The follow along classes have really helped me in establishing a routine, and have helped me to understand the interconnectedness of different parts of my body. Sometimes back pain is tight hip and sometimes slouching is a tight chest. I can say with confidence that this app has improved my quality of life.

THIS is what I’ve been searching for
Unlike so many other stretch apps, this one provides guidance by an actual human. Sam, the creator, has clearly put so much heart and effort into creating not just an app but an experience. Well done!
Cannot cast to tv
I would love to use this app. The content seems great and it’s easy to navigate. But I’ve tried everything and I cannot get it to play on my smart tv. I am so disappointed.

Great app
As a 40 year old gay dad! This has been such a great addition of my routine.
New version does not let me cast from my iPhone to my Google tv… why??
It did in the old version.. why would a new version remove functionality?? the new layout is also not as clear and well laid out like the old one..
price is crazy
developers think everybody lives in us and can afford to pay these crazy prices, meh

I have been using the app for a couple of weeks now and it’s fantastic! I have been dealing sciatica for quite a while assuming that it would be something that I would have to just deal with. Started using Stretch now I’m pain free!!
