One star specifically for the all
The 1 star which is gracious is 150% for this useless absolutely horrible app, not the actual place or their workers which are all amazing and worth it. This app makes me not want to continue going. I have been to stretch zone close to 8 times so far, this app has successfully booked ZERO of them since it never ever works. Maybe hire an app developer with a GED minimum.

Worst App EVER!!!
For weeks now I have attempted to make my appointments using this app and I’m constantly getting a booking error message. I have deleted the app off my phone and changed my password. Now I can’t even log in. This is SUPER inconvenient and now I may not be able to book the time slot I need. Please fix this.

Terrible app
This app is terrible. Very difficult to log in, and have been unable to book sessions. It either doesn’t work, or isn’t very intuitive/ user friendly. Good concept, but for as much as they charge, it shouldn’t be so hard to book an appointment for services you’ve prepaid for.

Received my introductory stretch and I am hooked. Rico was amazing and I have already set up my next appointment
None functioning app
App is the worst. Can view availability but can’t book appts. Can’t purchase credits, can see how many credits have been used. Calling location is hit or miss and sometimes have missed appt availability as left message but those times have filled up. Fix the app!

Love getting stretched. The app is pretty bad though. Often doesn’t work. Like today once again.
Beware -- deceptive sales process
I went into the store and signed up for 12 sessions to try it out... what i didn't realize was that I was sold 36 sessions (12 a month over 3 months) with a maintenance fee as well. This was not explained during the sales presentation -- or i was not paying attention. I guess the joke was on me when my credit card was charged for 36. When I called to request a refund, the general manager said there was nothing he could do about it. Beware... the sales reps are very friendly but the burden is on you to read all the fine print. The company is not willing to refund ANYTHING. Now i have 34 sessions left to use after only going twice. Yikes!!!! Not happy at all.

Love the stretching, not so much the app
I love getting stretched as it has really helped my back and endurance. However, the app could use improvement. I’m able to book sessions but if I don’t have enough credits, it asks if I would like to purchase them. When I confirm I’d like to purchase, you just get a blank screen. I have to remember to call the next day they are open to ask for credits to be purchased. I would say this is not good for business.
Also, the reminders for appointments are endless, you get emails and texts when you book. You get emails and texts the day prior. You get emails and texts the day of the appointment. I honestly don’t need any of these, but definitely don’t need as many as I get. It gave me the opportunity to stop the texts last time I scheduled and I replied stop. So I’ll see next week if this happened.

How about investing in an app
Love the services and the place but how about someone in mangement take some money and develop a proper app.
Can’t book appointments says “no credits” which is incorrect cause I can call directly to my location and book appointments without an issue.
Don’t waste your time to download this app is utterly useless. Sad to this app doesn’t even rate one star.

App is horrible
I just got a new Iphone and downloaded the app and now it doesn’t look anything like the original. The app now looks more like a back office app rather than a customer friendly user app. I can’t even book a session at all. I could do this before the phone change.
App Doesn’t Work
Corporate really needs to put some time and money into fixing this app. It DOES NOT WORK. It doesn’t even login without an error message. It repeatedly tells me to reset my password and doesn’t send a link. Another option is to call the local Stretch Zone for assistance. When I called the business they were wonderful and apologized repeatedly for the app errors as they too are aware. The receptionist at the local studio attempted to help however I am still unable to login without an error message. So much time wasted. I would recommend save the storage on your phone and just schedule appointments directly with your studio.

I’ve been a customer for 2 months and I still can’t make appointments thru the app because it does not recognize I’ve already purchased a package. It tries to charge me every time. I love the stretching but if the app is not fixed I will likely leave, just too much of a hassle to make appointments!

Not good for business
I am literally unable to book a session on the app. I get constant errors, with no avenue to provide feedback. How will this place stay in business if they don’t fix it?
Not even made properly for a phone???
Once you log in, the material on the screen that it looks like it’s made for use on a computer not a phone. It’s convenient to see my appts (I booked my whole month in advance at the club so not sure if I’m going to run into the same booking issues as other reviews).
I expected to see my flexibility percentage scores so I can view progress over time. Why would I want a goals/food logging/exercise logging app when there are much better ones out there?

Love the experience..hate the app
App errors out trying to book appointments on IOS. I’m good setting it up a couple weeks out but it would be so much better to be able to schedule myself
App is terrible
Tried to buy a package but the app kept giving me error messages. Also, very frustrating to try and book appointments only 10 days out, they need to extend that. I agree with the other reviewer who suggested they partner with MINDBODY and use their app!
Simple & Easy
Read the other reviews, prior to downloading the app. Pleasantly surprised, that there were no snags. You set your password from the email you receive, and everything works smoothly.
Awful app
I have been trying to book sessions and it only lists past dates. It’s enough to make me not want to continue my membership. Calling is inconvenient, so the app is critical to me continuing.
