Update issues
I’ve had this app for more than 3 years now and at first, there were no issues. Now, every time this thing updates, I’m being kicked out of the app completely and unable to sign in! I’ve deleted it and tried from scratch and it still keeps telling me to “try again later”. This is becoming frustrating and almost makes me want to quit my subscription altogether! I don’t want to obviously but there’s only so much frustration a person can take.

Forever having connectivity issues.
Worth the investment
Have had stretch it for 3 years. I have stepped away and came back multiple times and I always feel better when I am following one of their programs. They are certified, focus on good technique, and have appropriate levels. Over the years they have added mobility, lots of new classes, and a variety of instructor body types which I love and think all have been a great addition.
I am excited to see more pail and rail techniques in the future. I would like to see them cater to a wider audience by getting a male instructor, and offering pregnant/ postpartum modifications.
Overall, this app is fantastic and I would never try anything else!

I downloaded it and all I a saw is that person doing a split and in the beginning she asked what I'm trying to learn and she gave me a stumped training for flexibility and when I pressed on the bendy back it told me to stretch my neck instead of my back

Zu Beginn muss man unzählige Fragen in Form eines Chats beantworten. Zwischendurch werden dann bekommt man ohne jeglichen Zusammenhang Bilder von Frauen in Yoga-Posen zu sehen. Hatte mir eine App für Dehnübungen gesucht und keine, die erst alles Mögliche von mir wissen will.

Thank you for the feedback. The questionnaire is important to provide you with the personal training recommendations. However, there’s a way to create an account bypassing the quiz. To do so, please tap Log In below the Start Training button, then tap Sign Up at the bottom of the screen. Once an account is created, please close the app, open it again, and enjoy your training. Hope this helps!

Paid app despite free on App Store. Makes you do a lengthy slow survey at the beginning before telling you to pay (7 day trial with AUTOMATIC BILLING)
App had gone down hill
I’ve been using the app with a yearly subscription since 2019 and used to love it. But it’s really gone down hill over the years. The classes in the programs have gotten super repetitive and much easier than they used to be. I think they’ve shifted their audience to focus more on beginners and in exchange have begun neglecting those who are more advanced. I won’t be renewing my subscription once it ends in March.

Truly a great app
I didn’t know what I’d be getting when I downloaded the app - I have been trying out many fitness apps and most of them aren’t made to accommodate people like me (older, with some pain, but still active). This has truly helped me with my body pain - from morning stiffness to a shoulder that never quite recovered from an injury last summer. And it works right away! The classes are so short that it feels like absolutely no big deal to do them, so it’s easier to make a habit.
If you’re reading this review, you should definitely get this app. It’s really nice.
