Add an option to create an account
I can’t log in because I can’t create an account. When I put my email in and say forgot password - it doesn’t send me anything because I never was able to create an account. Continue as guest? Nope still can’t do it because it just takes you back to the same log in page. CREATE ACCOUNT should be a big giant button on the first page if you want to get people to use the app. How frustrating. I am about to cancel my membership over this shotty app.

They charged me monthly and if is didn't get all my stretches used that month i couldn't carry any unused stretches to the next month. Never was told that. Be very careful.
Unprofessional
Owner is in over her head trying to run two studios. Customer service is suffering.
Poor Beginning
Mixed communication, issues with account set-up, borderline rude customer service, problem was resolved eventually but it took a lot of time and frustration to get there. And no one seemed to care how I felt about it or receptive of feedback back as it was all corporate and they had no control. Very bad start with a new customer even with some concessions made. I felt talked down to and made to feel this was my fault and I’m learning YOUR business and tools. I liked the two visits I’ve had and the people but the business side and customer service could use some development.

Frustrating App
App is very difficult to use. I always end up calling the studio to book. I work in technology and this is one of the worst apps I've ever used.
First time visit
I went to Stretch Lab Highland Park for the first time yesterday and I had such a rewarding experience. Kevin was awesome and I signed up for a 3 month commitment, and I’m so looking forward to my future sessions. Kevin was very professional, friendly and provided a thorough explanation of the stretch lab et al.

Great for people with neurological issues
I have Multiple sclerosis. I am spastic in the back of my legs. I have had a stroke and it made things more challenging. I do pilates daily. I was having difficulty holding my legs at 90 degrees. Assisted stretching h made it all work together.
Celibacy…
This is perfect for people who are celibate we no longer use the muscles we used to when we were “active” and these ASSISTED stretches are a great reminder of how “limber” we used to be 😜😳😩☺️
Improved quality of life
At 65, after multiple bouts of cancer and joint replacements, my quality of life was severely diminished. Since going to StretchLab, I have experienced a dramatic improvement in the level of daily pain, a definite increase in mobility and a general overall feeling of happiness. I cannot provide enough positive feedback for the professional group of people who work there and the cleanliness and comfort of the room. I strongly recommend StretchLab to anyone regardless of age or mobility. A definite value for the cost.

I’d strongly consider another company. You’ll want to review their contracts throughly. Otherwise, you’ll regret. I read hundreds of reviews all about the contract
This App is Costing you Money
One of the most expensive and arduous task and businesses customer acquisition when you depend on your mobile app to drive customer acquisitions and it doesn’t work it’s a super failure. Your app is broken and frustrating.
