Serious inconvenience
Useless app, Buying from our banking apps was way way better.
I have to punch in my card details each time when i want to top up my app wallet so i can request a voucher, It’s just a long useless process to get electricity & water tokens
Which doesn’t even work all the time, Sometimes i have to try 3-4 times for my card to be accepted.

No agents available via call
No one answers the phone when you call. Agents just stop responding via the chatbot.
I hate it
This app is seriously the most inconvenient thing ever it literally charges you to do more work than if you could just buy water and electricity on your banking app and not to mention if you try eft it doesn’t work you have to use the most expensive option which is your card and then it times also out whenever it feels like it and takes longer. Every app Balwin makes you use is a nightmare.

Best fraudsters out there
I mean there’s no way Balwin and these people are not cahoots. Every apartment block is stacked with solar panels, which I assume powers most things like the lights and even geysers most probably. Yet, they charge you ridiculous water and electricity charges. It just doesn’t make sense as to how someone living in a one bedroom apartment, and barely ever cooking or home has to pay more than 1200 a month in total. These apartments and the estate is stunning but they screw you with these charges at every chance they get, I can’t wait to get out of this place when my lease expires. There’s no probably no other app on this store that has so many negative reviews by consumers and has no response from the platform owners, tells you something about this company. Wish Carte Blanche could do an investigation into them.
