Never again
Got scammed through Stubhub. Transferred my purchased tickets to the Ticketmaster app but somehow the seller was able to reclaim my paid-for tickets. Never again with this web app/service. Stubhub hasn’t figured out how to fix this scammer loophole? They say they’re refunding my money but it doesn’t replace not getting into the show, travel costs, hotel, etc. Nope. Buyer beware. Never again

Says you need an android phone in order to use tickets. Don’t buy here.
Parking for UBS arena
I purchased a ticket for a parking spot , but I was unable to retrieve it from my phone, I contacted Stubhub by phone but only got an AI robot , never a human the help that I got was useless, I contacted Ticketmaster but they couldn’t find the ticket either I wound up having to purchase anther ticket this time from ticket master nearly 100 dollars flushed down the toilet I have used Stubhub in the past for concert tickets and had no problems I was always able to find them in my Ticketmaster App, idk what the hell happened this time but I will definitely think twice about using this service again , thoroughly disappointing.

Don’t buy from StubHub
They cancel your tickets within hours of your event and refuse to replace tickets even though they have tickets on their site.
