Fan protection is a scam
Stubhub protection is a big scam !!! so risky to buy a ticket from stubhub..I buy BTS ticket but got canceled cause seller is a scammer..SH guarantee to me i will get replacement ticket on time but i didn’t hear anything from them till concert done ..I have been contacted them many times but still hopeless..smh !!!

Not reliable/ 3rd cancellation
This is the 3rd time Stub Hub has failed me!! This last time was the worst because I was in another country. I traveled to Tijuana Mexico for a soccer game. I payed for transportation, hotel, food etc… Stub Hub did not deliver my tickets and could not get me a replacement. They simply refunded the amount I paid and that’s it!! There was a much greater loss than just the tickets!! This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional

Stub hub owes me at least $2,000 for sitting me in seats that were nowhere near what I had purchased months in advance
Fraudulent Tickets Do Not Use!!!
I thought StubHub was safe/trustworthy but I was wrong- purchased theatre tickets only to find out when I scanned them at the venue from the StubHub app they were fake.
