The app is great, but uploading assignments online is a pain and they never go through. Neither pictures nor files load to the assignment and a “critical error” sign always appears.

Alr so i was trying to check what classes i have next year on the old studentvue app but apperantly i have to download this for some reason so i download it and i try to log in. IT STAYS ON THE LOADING SCREEN. I WAITED 5 MINUTES. If i could give 0 stars i would bro studentvue leader should jump off a cliff because HOLYY how do u make this bad of a desicion gng 😭😭

Studentvue is awful
Attempting to use this app is actually impossible. Considering the recent uptake in teenage abilities when it comes to internet use, my child should’ve had no issue logging into the app. Our entire family attempted to login to no prevail. Frankly, education should have easier access for those bad with technology like my son! For someone already on that phone he should be able to use it 😂 I digress, fix your app so my son can login please

Racist
Saw the Chinese flag in the background and changed my language to mandarin wouldn’t let me change back to English with there was 6 stars to express my anger and hatred
Annoying to navigate.
I can’t easily access or find other things I may need to know, such as my school counselor, emails for counselor, teachers, principal, etc. the way assignments and grades are organized is messy and annoying to figure out. The original app was also terrible but they could be making things a lot easier to find or even add a search bar or navigate tool or a help tool because I can’t be spending an hour just trying to find where my counselor is.

Very Glitchy
Most of the time when I open it up it doesn’t even have an option for gradebook or anything, and when the gradebook option shows up it says there is no data even though I have opened it before and it was perfectly fine, very inconsistent and broken
Issue
When selecting a tab for favorites toolbar, for report card it mistakenly says “Grade” instead of report card. Also the “attendance”tab isn’t in the favorites toolbar.
More pointless than my…
This was the most pointless change EVER! After using this app, my friends never saw me again. The end. Or should I say, the start of my sad educational life. The app icon makes no SENSE! If you forgot your “password” on the old app YOU CANT SEE IT. Forgot it? TOO BAD! YOU ARE NOTHING IN THIS CRUEL WORLD. AND GUESS WHAT? NOTHING CHANGED! THEY JUST WANT CONTROL. THEY JUST WANT CONTROL. Frustrating to navigate
As a current student this is way harder to use than the old one. The pages in the app that work take forever to load and I find it difficult to navigate. It doesn’t have a grade calculator and the colors don’t work well. It does however have more customization which is nice. I also like the tool bar that saves you from scrolling all the time.

Suggestions
The app is great but I have some suggestions in order to make it a better experience for everyone.
1. When you login for the first time it should save your login so the app opens instantly, instead of signing back in again (since you can just log out through the button on the top if you wanted).
2. The log out button at the top should say “Log Out” so people don’t mistake it for another button.
3. The Synergy Mail should have pages like the desktop website so you aren’t just scrolling infinitely and can actually click on certain pages to go ahead faster.
Those are all my suggestions, hopefully you can put these into effect. But overall, thanks for making a new app.

Quite a good app!
The options and icons are much better than the old Synergy. It has a more organized system now.
A National Disgrace
I have found it to be the case that this app is completely superfluous and full of error. When the app does work there has been little added to it from the old app. However, most of the time the app will not let me move on from the login screen. A complete waste of time and money is what this app turned out to be. I am disappointed in our education system.

Grade book not being accurate
So when i was looking through the app i noticed that when you look at the grade book blocks that you can see easily and tell you, your grade is not accurate what so ever. I clicked on the grade boom section and that part was accurate. As a student seeing a lower grade than what I actually have is annoying especially if it’s being shown as a lower letter grade. Overall from what I’ve seen so far the app is good except for the grade book issue.

Big Improvement
Is a lot better than the old app and has way more useful features. I think there is still some room for improvement though.
Should fix some bugs
It’s nice that the app is customizable, but the user interface is horrific and slow (for me at least lol). Also the removal of the grade slider is a big downside. In my opinion, the only upside of this new version is you can immediately see your grade after logging in and the customization abilities.

Onboarding ruins it
It is better than the old one, but the reason for the negative reviews is because the onboarding is really terrible and not obvious at all, even for people who develop software like me.
Changes I’d like to see be made:
- Onboarding should be non-modal, let the user develop an understanding of the app on their own.
- Logging out should not be on the topbar, as it’s an infrequent occurrence.
- Please save my login information. If GradeCompass can do this, you can too. I have 2FA on my Google account, I do not wanna have to do that every time I check my grade.

Ts suck
Ts is useless you can’t see what your grade could be with the little slider thing. Also the format is annoying and idfk where anything sucks. TTT would not approve
Laggy
I just wanted to check my grades, but I couldn’t even get into the app because it was super laggy. Someone needs to fix this bug ASAP.
add the permanent login like powerschool app
i dont want to have to log in EVERY single time.. it's annoying and perhaps add what powerschool has, the login that stays without logging out.
