I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received from this company. I have reached out multiple times regarding ongoing issues and have either received no response. Despite paying a high monthly subscription fee, I have continued to experience problems with the platform, while additional charges and fees have repeatedly been taken from my account. The features provided do not justify the cost, especially considering the lack of reliable customer support and unresolved issues.
It is unacceptable to continue charging customers for a service that does not function as expected while ignoring repeated requests for assistance. At this point, I no longer feel that the subscription is worth the cost or that my concerns as a paying customer are being taken seriously.I hope you take this feedback seriously, because the lack of communication and customer support has been extremely frustrating and has ultimately resulted in me taking my business elsewhere.
