Once location and destination r set, constant error “Our service runs Mon-Fri 6:30am-8:30pm. Please try back soon!” REGARDLESS of time of day. Laughable.
Unpleasant
Got me where I need to go but some drivers literally do dangerous stuff like texting and driving. Getting in contact with drivers/service is virtually impossible. Most drivers start driving before I sit down and I almost fell many times. Drivers are usually rude and inattentive.

Unreliable
Usually the drivers just sit in their cars for 40 minutes before they finally move to pick me up. I think they’re parked on the side of the road when that happens because the app shows them perfectly still in the road (again, for 40 minutes.) There’s also a huge delay between when the drivers arrive at the pickup location and when the app tells you that they’re there so sometimes they leave right as I get to the pickup spot.

Terrible Drivers
I had booked a ticket over the phone to get me home from Amagansett, driver refused to honor the ticket, despite me being on the phone with the agent who confirmed to the driver his own name vehicle and that my trip was a valid trip.
Driver arrogantly kept parroting that the seat was showed as booked (from our location, mind you) but he couldn’t verify it was us that booked it. Arrogant and stuck up he kicked us off the bus, making us wait over 40 minutes in the cold for another vehicle to even be available due to “peak demand” despite the vehicles all looking empty.
Terrible execution of service, drivers are a hindrance and not a help to SCT On demand

This is an excellent service, It was my first time and I loved it.
Add payment method issue
The app doesn’t let me type the expired year of my credit card and I’ve been trying. It’s so annoying, then how can I get a ride?
App is not good.
Ride was excellent. App was not! Registration for pickup and delivery would not accept 2 Seniors as 2 people. Choice “Myself” could not be zero’d out. If I selected 2 Seniors it listed us as 3 people. If I selected 1 Senior, it listed us as 1 regular and 1 Senior. We wound up paying $3 instead of $1.50 (75¢ each). The driver also was sent the wrong final destination. Price was good if done right. The rest of the system needs a lot of improvement. Please start with a $1.50 refund. Thanks!

Our driver was so friendly and polite.. arrived quickly and got us to our destination safely.
Out of zone location
I live in mastic beach and it kept saying out of service zone which is irritating because I don’t want to take the actual big bus and I downloaded this app thinking it would be easy instead it won’t even service my location and I’m upset about that
