I can never get it to open. I have deleted it and downloaded several times. I have missed out on so many points. I mean, the old app messed up sometimes, but this one is just a straight failure. I spend too much money at your restaurants to not be able to use what YOU’RE SUPPOSED TO PROVIDE!!
Misleading Notifications
This app constantly shows false notifications—sometimes 4 at a time—but when I open it, there’s absolutely nothing new or relevant. It’s frustrating and feels like a cheap trick to get me to open the app. Please fix this issue; notifications should reflect real activity, not just be used for engagement.

للاسف سيء
ثالث مرة أحذف التطبيق
التطبيق على مدى آخر شهرين إلى ثلاث أشهر فيه مشكله معلق وكل ماأحذفه وأرجع أحمّله تروووح النقاط ويعلق بعدها بأيام !!! هل هذا العمل يليق بشركة ضخمة ومحترمة مثلكم !!!
مضيعة وقت وفوقها سرقوا نقاطي
يعلق واغلب الاوقات تحت الصيانه ويعتذروا في المطعم شي ما انتوا قده ليه الكذب على الناس والزامهم بالتسجيل وفوق ذا كله وين النقاط ؟ كيف تختفي كدا ما كملت شهرين؟ كم مدة صلاحية النقاط؟ طيب حق الاسبوع الماضي وش صار عليها؟؟
حذفوا نقاطي ومعلق العربي فااااااشل
وانا طالبة تغير الايميل من زمان وراحت علي ٩٠٠٠ نقطة وحجتهم ارسلوا ايميل والتطبيق مايفتح اذا حولت اللغة للعربية

I can’t open it any more abc when I want to use my points, it doesn’t work. I tried to install it again same problem!!!
