First Time Rider - Wonderful Service & Value

I booked my first ride today using the SunRide app and I have to say that the overall experience was quite positive. I’ll definitely be using this option more in the future.

They fixed what was broken

When I started to use the program it was amazing. Even on a busy day, it was fast and communication was great. They had amazing drivers. Now, it’ll say they are going to pick you up at a time but it shows up 30 minutes late or more. The drivers that they have never answer when you have a question. On top of that, the app has more and more issues. As someone who use to use the app 3-4 times a day, I am starting to use it less and less. Very disappointing time.

Love this service! Extend to weekends

I love that Sunride provides a nice safe ride for a great price, weekend availability would be amazing and a life saver.

Took the Small Bus this Morning!
 My driver very was prompt. Very much enjoyable and has a great personality!

Amazing

The Indio car has always had amazing drivers. I wish they ran later, maybe until 10pm and on the weeks, besides that, it is a huge gift for us residents.
