Terrible app

Why download an app in order for you to have easy access to your upcoming bookings when it doesn’t even show your bookings!!! What is the point? Rang them and the person that answered said you can view driver location by clicking on the booking … umm but there is no booking. No idea … seriously.

Basically unusable…pretty rubbish app from such a normally great company

App not set up

I downloaded the app, tried to login with Facebook and got an error message saying the app was still in development mode.

Unusable

Downloaded specifically to use the advertised features but the app is so buggy and not user friendly I couldn’t achieve that goal - form fields don’t appear, the app crashes or even better freezes loading, if you use your location it sets both from and to locations to where you are, and most of all the “Find Next Available” doesn’t tell you when the next available is, it just becomes a booking form. I couldn’t recommend I’m afraid - just ring them.

Wow that was frustrating

Get to the end, after booking a ride, enter all the details as per the fields, constantly get message ‘form incorrectly filled in’.

Tried four times. Failed each time.

Learn to code.

Useless app. Will spend my money elsewhere.
