Terrible app
Why download an app in order for you to have easy access to your upcoming bookings when it doesn’t even show your bookings!!! What is the point? Rang them and the person that answered said you can view driver location by clicking on the booking … umm but there is no booking. No idea … seriously.

Basically unusable…pretty rubbish app from such a normally great company
App not set up
I downloaded the app, tried to login with Facebook and got an error message saying the app was still in development mode.

Downloaded specifically to use the advertised features but the app is so buggy and not user friendly I couldn’t achieve that goal - form fields don’t appear, the app crashes or even better freezes loading, if you use your location it sets both from and to locations to where you are, and most of all the “Find Next Available” doesn’t tell you when the next available is, it just becomes a booking form. I couldn’t recommend I’m afraid - just ring them.

Wow that was frustrating
Get to the end, after booking a ride, enter all the details as per the fields, constantly get message ‘form incorrectly filled in’.
Tried four times. Failed each time.

No problems
I find the app easy to use and have experienced none of the problems outlined in some older reviews. I could add a new credit card and was able to delete the old one. I had no difficulty in setting up my profile some time back. SuperShuttle can be contacted by phone, if there is a need to change your arrangements. They provide an excellent service.

Looks ok but could do with some tweaking
Just a couple of gripes, one is under my profile I can’t select my birthdate prior to 01 Jan1989, keeps flicking back to that if I select an earlier year! Also would like app to have option to open up initially at my bookings page. A few updates/ bug fixes needed but not bad!

Have always used this for my to and fro Airport rides. The team’s coordination is fantastic and I hope they continue with the same spirit!
Crashes when entering phone
In theory a great idea but when I tried to book it wouldn’t allow me to put my phone number in and therefore I couldn’t make a booking.

Cannot sign up via both app or website.
Lousy payment system. Doesn’t work
Lousy card system. Wouldn’t accept correctly entered credit card. Can’t check or modify card details. Can’t pay via online banking. A waste of time.

I want to browse the app and work out prices and see if it is good value for money before I do anything.

Terrible signup experience
Ok, this app really needs work and the customer service aspect is lousy
The app insists on a cc, you need to complete a user profile correctly first - which you can't do through the first time use flow - and at the end it would not save my credit card meaning I can't use the stupid thing
Calling the contact centre is a game of pass the problem, and in the end the agent was unable to help with promo codes or similar.
Really lousy experience guys.

Why do you need my credit details for an account ?
I refuse to sign up for an account as I'm forced to enter my credit card details to be saved. I should be able to chose whether or not you save my credit card details and I shouldn't have to enter them to create an account to access the app. Ridiculous!
Rubbish app
Wasn't working when I tried using it in 2016 and still isn't working. Waste of time.
Terrible app experience
Asked for my payment details first before I set times for pick-up. The app crashed few times and wasn't able to change time options. The fare seems different from website even though I added same details. Can't delete my payment info and it sent me wrong error messages. Completely wasted my time. By the way, can't send feedback through the app neither.

Login not working rendering app useless
Just downloaded the app and login not working. Interestingly not working on new website interface either. Needs a fix fast!
