SUBPAR GLITCHY APP

SuperAge is poorly conceived and developed, and it lacks responsive support help. Worse yet, the app has multiple glitches. Some glitches are so severe that accurate readings and feedback are constantly incorrect. After using this app for about a month, I have yet to see a single accurate reading. To date, there has been a singular [severe] glitch affecting the apps reliably and accuracy.

I LOVE this app

This app is brilliant way to keep an eye on your health metrics so you can make data driven actions towards improving your health. I’ve been using it for over a month now and it’s one of my favorites. It’s constantly updating and improving, future updates are hinting that they will analyze your blood test results. I can’t wait to see what else this app has in store.

Fantastic app and work ethic, some issues still present

The app is great, you’re clearly constantly working on it. And you’re very mindful of the roadmap for new features. However, I would implore you to focus on some of the bugs. I still get constant notifications that my fitness age how now dropped, but it’s always been at 24, I don’t need to be reminded each day of this. The widgets do not update with a high enough frequency to be worthwhile. And the app can tend to lag, or struggle to load quite frequently. I know you’re a one man team, but I’m cool to have less features with a more stable app.

I like the idea but …

I’m not sure I can trust the advice it offers. For example, the section for Sleep says in part: “Right now you’re getting 4.1 hours of sleep each night, which is considered good for maintaining overall health.”

I’m pretty sure this is NOT good for “maintaining overall health.”

Promising but buggy

One hand, body measure, reasonably accurate, reflecting how I feel on the other hand keeps jumping around between 14% and 50% today. What’s causing that? Is that just stabilization?

Good start, but issues not fixed

Looked promising but often resets and loses all history after an update, and occasionally won’t read some Health metrics making the age estimate vary wildly from one day to the next.

Awesome app

SuperAge is a game-changer. I don’t have to worry what are the metrics I need to know like BMI, Body Fat, etc. They’re all here. The app turns my health metrics into an understandable biological age, gives personalized, practical suggestions, and tracks progress over time. Clean design, intuitive dashboards, and actionable insights make it the best tool I’ve tried for staying on top of my long-term health.

Doesn’t work correctly

The app doesn't use sleep correctly for recovery. As a result, it gives incorrect age-related data, since recovery is as if I sleep 11 hours a month 😀. In short, it's pointless at this point. The idea is good, but it's not implemented correctly. It doesn't connect to the watch for some unknown reason, despite having it installed.
