I strongly caution anyone against booking through Super.com.
I purchased a Frontier Airlines flight through Super.com and less than one hour after purchasing it, I realized that I had accidentally selected the wrong travel dates. I immediately contacted Super.com directly to request a cancellation.
During that conversation, I was never clearly informed that my specific booking was non-refundable or that I would lose the entire amount I paid. I was simply told that the cancellation could be processed.
I later received an email from Super.com confirming that my flight had been cancelled, but they refused to refund my money, claiming that someone had cancelled the reservation directly with Frontier Airlines.
The problem is: I NEVER contacted Frontier to cancel my flight. My cancellation request was made directly to Super.com.
What is even more concerning is that Super.com is now attributing a cancellation to me that I did not make. I want to know who actually cancelled my reservation, when it was cancelled, how it was cancelled, and who authorized that cancellation.
I have requested this information from Super.com, but instead of providing a clear explanation or resolving the issue, I have had difficulty getting assistance, and my calls have even been disconnected.
At this point, I am simply asking for one of two reasonable solutions:
Either reinstate my original flight, if possible, or refund the money I paid.
This experience has completely destroyed my trust in Super.com. The lack of transparency, contradictory information about who cancelled my reservation, and difficulty getting customer service to take responsibility are extremely concerning.
If you book through Super.com, I strongly recommend taking screenshots of everything, carefully reviewing the cancellation terms, and keeping records of every conversation.
I hope Super.com takes this matter seriously and provides a clear, documented explanation and a fair resolution.

The way this app operates borders on illegal; laws need to catch up w/ these deceptive practices.
Just another app that hides behind dark patterns & complex terms of service to take advantage of those who are already struggling. It will cost you more in subscription fees & data privacy than it is actually worth. Don’t fall for this obvious data-mining play & subscription trap by falling for the deceptive advertising.
