I was nervous about getting to Dulles airport for an early morning flt. But the app figured out when I needed to be picked up to get to the airport on time. (4:10 AM) The app also gave me confidence in the taxi service.
App is easy to use
Very simple. Just be sure you have all your details ready like addresses, flight numbers, and times before you start the reservations

I love this app it’s so easy to use and make reservations for transportation to and from the airport or just for any transportation needs
Easy enough but SO EXPENSIVE
Downloaded the app & signed up easily enough. I’ve got a 15 min ride to the airport from my house. I loved that I could add all my flight details in but the cheapest option for a ride was $168!!!

I book every year coming from Germany to Deliver and have had wonderful experiences until today!!!! Arriving from an international flight the driver wasn’t there!!!! I called dispatch but they said he waited an hour and made me a no show and he came the same time my plane arrived 😤 so 1 hour to clear customs at the international airport and getting to the pick up and I still have to pay because he came too early!! Not my problem!!! I paid a lot for this private car!!!! Stay far away! Each year the service gets worse and not worth the risk! I had to pay a taxi 184 dollars on top of their fee for the inability to pay attention !!!! Every other year the driver is smart enough to see that they come later on international customers! I am making a report and sending receipts from every call I made to find my driver… worst customer service if something goes wrong do not take a chance with them because they don’t care about the customer!!! They are going downhill fast and so rude when you really need help!! 0 stars and never again!!!

“System glitch” left me stuck
I have used this app before but this time, it didn’t work. I pre-paid for a taxi but it never showed up. I called customer service repeatedly, was put on hold, then calls dropped. When I finally got someone on the phone I was told there was a “system glitch and nobody would be able to pick me up … but I can’t tell you when a taxi could arrive.” Uh … I have to catch a flight so it’s not like I can hold up the plane! Unacceptable. Maybe they’ll refund me … I wouldn’t be surprised if they never actually refunded the trip. Call a taxi company directly, do not use this app.

Wasted 45 mins trying to book a roundtrip ride, returning into a different airport. Ended up having to book 2 1-way rides, which is more expensive!! There is a $3 fee for an agent to book it. Poor customer service and inadequate app!! Very disappointing

I called to get info about where the company is based out of and geographic routes and a foreign-based worker said “Uda”. If your employees can’t even pronounce Utah and lack basic geographic knowledge, then your choice to outsource from American workers does not create excellence. Hire American or train your foreign workers better.
