Managing stores
So with a single hyundai point store, it gives me three stores to manage. I think its for sales service and cpo but it doesnt make it easy to tell the difference. Be nice to show that in the title.
Needs Work
It’s great to have an app for Sure Critic for responding to reviews on the go, but it needs work. There’s currently no setting to get real-time notifications on my phone for every review. There’s also no way to sort them by “without responses” or anything, which would be helpful for quickly going through the ones that still need a response.

Thanks for the feedback. Real-time notifications, SMS notifications and push notifications are all available, but you are correct they currently can't be set in the app. They have to be done on your desktop login. If you are having trouble, contact support and we'll work to make sure you are set up. We'll improve the filtering and the configuration of notifications in future releases.
