Steady work for years until open force started processing our payments. Just can’t seem to get paid
Beware do not work here. You will not get paid on time. Open force is the the worst payment processing company ever.
Perfection or non payment
Been doing this for a while however the assignment that are far away needs to be perfect because they won’t pay you one cent not even gas. The store did have the items for me to complete the assignment and I wasted 4 hrs of my time and 3 of that was driving. I even detail the equipment is not there and called the store when the reassignment it to me and the manager still said they didn’t have it. There deadline was that magically it would need to get done and I got zero dollars for gas or time wasted. Don’t get me started on the secret shops as a person of color.

Thought it was a scam
I thought it was a scam and that I would have to file a lawsuit, turns out this is the best way to get out and make a side hustle. It’s better than dashing and Instacart.
They will find a way not to pay you.
Liquor store, audits, plain liquors, and spec liquors spent four hours doing these audits then I was told that since I didn't take pictures in three of the stores because because I was stopped by management before I even started that videos recordings and pictures are not allowed in their stores
And they asked me to leave the premises or they were going to call the police. I noticed that in the app at every location in every box when they were asking what happened at the location when they asked you. And I was told that I wouldn't get paid at the three locations I went to that refused me to take pictures. They said I should've took a picture anyways to prove I was there on the inside of the building against what management told me and risk being arrested because they threatened to call the cops on me. But I did take pictures of the outside of the locations, but that was not good enough and they're refusing to pay me the $10 minimum pay. They said I should've tried harder. Take pictures on the inside after being threatened to. We had the cops called on me having physical harm threaten on me. They don't understand and they don't care that. This type of behavior was happening in the liquor stores yesterday. They do not care about the safety of their contractors and they will refuse to pay you.

Don’t try it
They sent me on one assignment and I got kicked out of the store because it was store policy not to take photos inside. Why would you send me on a secret shopping mission at a store that does not allow a photography? Didn’t make any money and when I tried to reach out to support got no answer. This whole site is just a scam. It’s one of those get quick schemes that doesn’t work. Don’t waste your time.

Keep track of everything!
Keep track of special assignments and additional bonus they have frequently forgot bonus unless you remind them and then they find a reason not to pay . They are stealing peoples time and money . They have you go out and do surveys and don’t pay!!
Scam
This app was one of my favorites, but recently they send you jobs quotes as 20 mins timeframe for jobs that require hours of work…and then don’t pay you for the work completed.
Payment
There are projects that are more than 15 miles away that I would do but the payout is too low to do them .. not worth my drive time / gas/ to do them . You should add more to the projects to cover . Also when you require printing .. that costs so there sshould be more $$ added when you have to print .

Inconsistent
I have done the same project, first time. No issues. Next time, for some reason the information was not accepted. They literally ask you to take pictures of things that don’t even exist. I wrote that in all my notes, but of course it wasn’t good enough. I will be deleting this app. They expect you to work for two hours driving around two different stores for free, their instructions are definitely not clear and inconsistent as I said before.

It's a lot
I thought this would be a nice way to fill in some time between DoorDash’s and other things. First thing I had to do was go into a party store and take so many photos that I was getting in people’s way management wondered what I was doing so I eventually just left.. It was my first assignment. It also said I wasn’t at the right location, which was also untrue. I’m out.
