Good app! If I could make one request, for my Suunto ocean it would be great if I could create alarms for specific days rather than just weekday or weekend.
Please add dark mode
Please give us dark mode. This bright white burns my blue eye balls. I would give it 4 stars if it had a dark mode and 5 if it allowed you to crop activities.
Buggy app doesn’t sync with Strava
Going to return watch. All I want is for it to quickly transfer the activity off the watch and upload it to Strava. Super hit or miss. Fix this junk

Great watch, disappointing App experience
The hardware is excellent, but software reliability has become disappointing. A core feature of the app has been unusable for weeks, and despite confirmation from support that the issue exists, there is still no fix or timeline. As someone who trains almost everyday and a sport influencer , I expected much better from a premium sport ecosystem.

Won’t set watch time correctly
I don’t know if it’s the app or watch, but when both are set to auto time, the watch has switched to one hour ahead of the phone. I raised the issue but never heard back. I can set it manually but seems a bit ridiculous.

It’s unacceptable that this app and Suunto watches still don’t support Persian (Farsi), even just for display. This is a basic feature that many users rely on. As a Persian user, I’m unable to read notifications on my watch at all, which makes it far less useful than it should be. At the very least, there should be support for displaying notifications in these languages, even if full system language support isn’t available. Please address this issue—ignoring such a large group of users is not acceptable.

Excellent App
Though I don’t know how to get a suggestion accepted by Suunto on POI information added to the app and watch and don’t get a response that’s clear. The devices hardware and app integration is outstanding and I now use my watch as my main navigation device and carry a GPS ( not Garmin ) as a Backup only along with a map and compass. Really pleased to use Suunto now. I use one as a dive computer but this is my first Suunto navigation and app integration and I love it.

Works good, basic features missing
For me sync of the results works automatically.
Weather data I’m not sure, if it needed to be synced manually.
Daily walked Distance is not shown. Neither on the way nor in the app. This is very disappointing for me.
Only when you start an activity like running or walking and GPS is used, distance is shown.
Steps and kcal are shown for the day.
Not the actual distance.

Shoe mileage
Please add a dedicated feature to this app where you can track mileage on all of your different shoes. Adding the tags does not work. I have been doing that and the mileage is totally wrong on the shoes. That’s the only thing this app is really missing.
Not sync on Tim
To get your watch updated on weather or information you have to keep opening suunto app, not even having it working on the back of the cellphone but opening the app literally otherwise never gets updated
Faces won’t download
The faces don’t even download anymore and it resets its self to factory face not good at all disappointing
Love the Watch, Hate the App
Have multiple Suunto watches and use to be able to sync on my Mac. No more that sucks for Suunto. App is a waste of disk space.

Problème synchronisation
J’utilise l’application Suunto App et je rencontre un problème de synchronisation depuis peu. Tout fonctionnait parfaitement jusqu’au moment où j’ai créé des intervalles et lancé une séance avec ce mode.
Depuis, la synchronisation échoue systématiquement lors de l’étape d’optimisation du GPS. Le transfert des activités classiques (hors séances d’intervalles) vers l’application fonctionne pourtant correctement, tout comme la localisation.
J’ai tenté un redémarrage matériel de la montre, mais cela ne résout pas le problème.
Il semble donc que le souci soit lié spécifiquement aux séances d’intervalles ou au processus d’optimisation GPS associé. Merci de vérifier ce point, car jusqu’à présent l’application était fiable et fonctionnait très bien.

Latest update terrible — consistent issues with syncing every watch or app update with this company
Run guide syncing totally crashed with latest update and the support solution is junk (factory reset) — how about don’t push updates without major bugs?? Researching other brands bc this continues to be an issue with Suunto. Thumbs down.
Good most of the time
Use with my Suunto EON core dive computer. Unexpectedly it’s stopped reporting DAC rate, which is pretty annoying

iPhoneのbluetoothをonにしているのにsuuntoアプリ上でbluetoothをonにしていないことになっている。デバイスのペアリングができずイヤホンが無駄な買い物になってしまっている

앱은 한글 영어가 뒤섞여 있고 시계는 영어 소리 표현이 전부 영어로 바뀜.
