No update on order with same day delivery
I am following up since last day for my order and they can’t even send a confirmation mail. Even though you say the order and payment is confirmed , when contacted through watts ap chat customer service. A company like Swarovski should understand a gift is time bound.
APP not opening despite being updated.
I’ve updated iOS, updated the app but the app opens and it’s a blank white screen. I’ve been trying to open this app for a long while now but it just doesn’t work!! This needs to be rectified.

I ordered a gift with wrapping and a message card, but it arrived with no wrapping, no card, and the bag was crumpled. I had to fix it myself, which was embarrassing when giving the gift.
Customer service only offered a 10% discount, which doesn’t make up for the ruined experience. This was my first and last time ordering a gift from your service.

Poor Service and Misleading Same-Day Delivery
I paid 25 AED for same-day delivery before 6:30 PM, as clearly stated during checkout. However, my order was delayed without any proper update or confirmation. When I contacted customer care, they blamed me for not adding an email — even though their checkout page never asked for one! They kept transferring me between agents, none of whom could confirm whether my order had been dispatched. It was extremely frustrating and unprofessional for a brand like Swarovski. If you can’t deliver on your promise, you shouldn’t charge extra fees. Please fix your delivery system and train your support team to handle customer issues properly.

لو كان بيدي ماوضعت حتى نجمه واحده مقابل الخدمه السيئه ،تم الشراء ودفع مبلغ اضافي للتوصيل خلال يوم واحد وحتى الان لم يتم التوصيل ومضى على الطلب اكثر من يوم وخدمة العملاء تماطل وتفيد بالتصعيد ورفع الشكاوى فقط بدون اي فائدة للعميل وبسبب هذه الخدمة السيئة تضررت والان اصبحت في موقف محرج بسببكم.. ارجو من الجميع قراءة التعليقات بتمعن قبل الشراء

Worst store ever
I made a purchase a few days ago for a pair of earrings. They are supposed to be a gift for someone else, therefore I clearly read the return policy UNDER THE PRODUCT which stated I could return within 30 days. When the item arrived, I didn't really like it so I tried to log a return where I was told the item is illegible for return. I contacted the customer service and spoke to Tala who was unhelpful and abruptly ended my chat. I tried to create another chat but that was ended too. Tala is extremely rude and shouldn't be in customer service.
Furthermore, the app clearly states that I can return within 30 days. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted that a big brand such as Swarovski would falsify information on their website.
I want a full refund! And I will never be purchasing from Swarovski again! I suggest anybody reading this never purchases from them again either.

Didn’t receive the item they have stole it and they are claiming that I cannot see properly as if I am blind they sent me an empty box sooooo disappointing hate hate Swarovski ksa everytime I raise a complain I spoke to their agents hiba , Hadeel, Nart and agent hiba was very rude telling me to see the package properly it’s been more than a month since im conveying them my problem and they don’t even care now they have my money so they don’t even care

طلبت اول مره وماشفت التقيمات وللأسف بعد ماخلاص طلبت و انشحن الطلب وحسيت انه تأخر وشفت ان بعض الناس ماوصلهم طلبهم وشفت ان فيه نصب وربي خفت بس الحمدلله أني صبرت ووصل الطلب بعد تسع أيام من اول يوم طلبت فيه وبالفعل التوصيل مجاني وما دفعت فيه ولا ريال وجاتني هديه مع الطلب و لو اول مره تطلبين حطي كود وبيخصم مره كثير ،بس التطبيق فيه مشاكل كثيره ما انكر منها إذا جيتي تبغين تلغين الطلب لازم تكلمين خدمة العملاء من واتس والمشكله أنهم يطولون على بال مايردون وبعد اكبر مشكلة هي تتبع الطلب مره زفت ما تعرفين وين الطلب ومتى يوصل بس اهم شيء أنهم يوصلون ،حبيت بس أقول ان ممكن يتأخر الطلب إذا كانت مدينتك بعيده عن الفرع الأساسي علشان كذا يتاخر في التوصيل لو طول اكثر من أسبوعين هنا بجد مشكلة تواصلو مع الفرع نفسة وشوفو وش المشكلة

تطبيق فاشل و موقع افشل كلها عطلانه توصل للدفع بعدين تعلق و الدعم الفاشل تكلمه يقولك اطلب من الموقع طيب الموقع معلق له ٣ ايام!! انصحكم ببراندات غير البراند الفاشل هذا
