Really poor application and experience. The company does not provide detailed tracking or information, after failing to deliver they say they tried to reschedule and did not receive any product

No update on order with same day delivery
I am following up since last day for my order and they can’t even send a confirmation mail. Even though you say the order and payment is confirmed , when contacted through watts ap chat customer service. A company like Swarovski should understand a gift is time bound.
APP not opening despite being updated.
I’ve updated iOS, updated the app but the app opens and it’s a blank white screen. I’ve been trying to open this app for a long while now but it just doesn’t work!! This needs to be rectified.
