I wish I knew about this app earlier
I was seriously wasting way too much time doomscrolling and constantly checking Instagram. SweatPass has been a game changer for me. It blocks my distracting apps and makes me do push-ups or other exercises to earn screen time. I’m spending less time on my phone, exercising more, and actually getting control of my screen time. Definitely the best app blocker I’ve tried for breaking my phone addiction.

It’s can’t get it all that like five dollars for like a month bro like don’t even get it like you have to. It takes so long to delete the app because it doesn’t want to, but it’s like it’s horrible and it’s a waste of money just like delete that bro.
Only good app out there
For years, I’ve struggled with my phone addiction and being out of shape. I searched for months for an app that could help me that was actually free. This app is the only one out there. There is some exercises that require pro, but, the free version barely gives any ads, and lets you use a lot of exercises. I really like the way it is made, with streaks and a progressive rank system that makes it easier to do by seeming like a game. Overall, very good app, hopefully will help you as well.

Very buggy
I wanted to love this because it would help me be more active. I tried to use the bicep curl option and it read 70 reps when I barely did 3 because it just isn’t good at reading your body. Many other workouts I had this problem. Push-ups said I did 20 when I only did 3 and it was really difficult to get it to work right.

Good app
Hi, I’m 11 and addicted to watching instagram and YouTube and then I saw the ads for sweatpass on ig and downloaded it, used it for a week and it was good, 2 weeks lured me in to buy the membership and it actually helped me gain a 4 pack and make push ups really good. I hope everyone downloads this app because it is amazing

Because of the new update pop up I cannot gain access to the app. I’m deleting it for now, hope you fix this.

amazing app just one problem
the pushups can be laggy sometimes and make you skip a few pushups but other than that this app is perfect

Actually An Amazing App
Was pleasantly surprised. There are some pay wall stuff, but still good amount of free stuff for now. Push up AI tracking is amazing, makes you do strict push up. Only slightly complaint is not being able to zoom out on camera. For like jumping jacks you actually have to put it far enough for your whole body. Other thoughts on improvement would be allow, the user to customize the reps and time reward. I feel like jumping jacks 30 reps should not be 30 minutes. Planks should be able to go longer, 30 seconds a bit short. All in all, I thank you (Team of SweatPass) for not being to greedy having free options. I is very happy, hopes to be “cool for the summer” this year.
