A game changer! for managing fatigue challenges

This app has been a game changer for managing and rebuilding my functional energy. I have MCS, so toxic (to me) exposures can drop my energy level. Using the SweetBeatHRV app allows me to stay within my window of tolerance while recovering and then allows me to expand the window of tolerance safely in the rebuilding phase.
Prior to discovering this app I was on a downward slide, but now I have been able to halt that downward slide and also do some rebuilding.

Having the actual time of day in the graph allows me to note, compare and regulate a balance between activity and rest, so helpful for both recovery and rebuilding.
Thanks so much for this amazing tool.
