Charged my card even though meal was undeliverable
Sweetgreen offers “outposts” at various locations. I ordered (after acknowledging that outpost pricing is higher than store pricing), my credit card was charged, and then the app informed me that delivery to that location was temporarily unavailable. When I resubmitted my order, assuming (1) it was a temporary glitch and (2) that the payment had already been collected, a new pending charge appeared on my credit card and the same error message appeared. Collecting payment for services the company knows cannot be rendered is simply unacceptable. The system needs to be configured to accept payment only after confirming delivery and not beforehand.

Unable to log in
I used without trouble for a while but recently something changed that prevents me from logging in without a code. Have tried for a week now without luck
Crashes at sign in
Not sure why you logged me out. Trying to log in, I put my email in and right after it says you will email me a code, it crashes, creating an endless loop. Why don’t you use passwords like the rest of the universe?
Same bug for months
This app has had the same bug for months that continually shows a location selector when you try to order more than one thing. Unusable. Already reported. Nothing done to fix it
Nutritional information wonky
I downloaded the app because the nutritional information on the website is 100% useless and added a salad with just romaine, kale, and cilantro and it has 4 g of protein, 9 g of carbs, 1 g fat, 5 g fiber, and 60 cal and is missing salt and cholesterol, the things that I need to track.
Can’t make your own wraps
I can’t take lemon out of my wrap because I’ve made “too many modifications”? Let us make our own wraps. Food too expensive.

I’m very happy with Sweetgreen! The food is always fresh, delicious, and healthy. The staff is friendly, and the service is excellent. I’ll definitely keep coming back!
Absolute trash customer service
The app switched my default location to an old one and I ended up placing the order to the wrong location. I tried to fix the issue the app created and getting a hold of customer service is a nightmare. They solved nothing. Bottom line, just go to store, skip the app.

Seamless
The app is seamless. The interface is nice able to see your rewards pay in the app. Everything is clean and crystal however I would love to be able to see active locations more clearly especially when driving other than that really enjoy that.
My reward disappeared
I was using the sg rewards program gleefully last year. Then, I saw a promo for a free entree after buying a specified number of entrees. I enjoyed the specified number of entrees, and waited for the promotional free entree. It did not arrive. I had an email convo with the support team. They could not even find any record of the promo offer. I uninstalled the app and stopped going to sg. So disappointed. The salads were really really good.

Wrong order delivered
We received the wrong order and could not get ahold of a real person to rectify the problem.

The food here is so incredibly fresh and delicious. I’ve eaten here three days in a row now. I’m so glad I found them.
Everything is tasty
We have been to this location many times and have also ordered to go a few times. I like trying a variety of dishes, and everything has been really good. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Too many clicks to confirm an order
In their impulse to sell more things, they require 4-5 confirmation clicks to submit thr order, after picking your food, this is not only annoyong but causes some orders to be delayed.

Can’t get a hold of single human being. The app barely works. Just an all around terrible experience fix your product please
