The app is seamless. The interface is nice able to see your rewards pay in the app. Everything is clean and crystal however I would love to be able to see active locations more clearly especially when driving other than that really enjoy that.
My reward disappeared
I was using the sg rewards program gleefully last year. Then, I saw a promo for a free entree after buying a specified number of entrees. I enjoyed the specified number of entrees, and waited for the promotional free entree. It did not arrive. I had an email convo with the support team. They could not even find any record of the promo offer. I uninstalled the app and stopped going to sg. So disappointed. The salads were really really good.

Wrong order delivered
We received the wrong order and could not get ahold of a real person to rectify the problem.

The food here is so incredibly fresh and delicious. I’ve eaten here three days in a row now. I’m so glad I found them.
Everything is tasty
We have been to this location many times and have also ordered to go a few times. I like trying a variety of dishes, and everything has been really good. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Too many clicks to confirm an order
In their impulse to sell more things, they require 4-5 confirmation clicks to submit thr order, after picking your food, this is not only annoyong but causes some orders to be delayed.

Can’t get a hold of single human being. The app barely works. Just an all around terrible experience fix your product please

I promise you ever since Sweetgreen came off Washtenaw I have nothing but great things to say clean friendly and the music is always a vibe 10/10 wouldn’t get my wraps anywhere else keep up the great work!!!
Slow in app order
I ordered through the app ahead of time and when I arrived the store they even didn’t start making my food. I saw people who walk in grab their food much faster than me. What’s the point of online ordering?
No dressing again
I don’t know why it’s so hard to include dressing in the order but it KEEPS happening!!

What’s the value of a beautiful app when the pickup experience is so bad
I ordered a bowl at 4:10pm. I arrive at 4:30, when it said it would be ready. They make me wait for some time. I see ten customers get their salad after I enter the store. I finally get my salad bowl. I go home. I open the salad and the steak I ordered is missing. I’m forced to go get another meal elsewhere.

Cancel my orders, one too many times.
So I’ve just found this restaurant and it’s very tasty and healthy. I love it but there’s a bunch of problems with this app. One, I once ordered from it, close to closing time and it canceled my order because it was too late. No big deal I thought, but it canceled my order another time later because I was “too far away” Just to give you perspective, I live very close to Sweetgreen. Sometimes though people get lazy and order it, again, no big deal. The first time I ordered from them it was amazing. They delivered the food and it came relatively quick. But for some reason, they keep canceling my orders and I’m fed up.

Do not place order online for delivery and it never gets delivered on time and have to contact the support all the time, then the driver would say someone has taken the order, like who? Total waste of time when you are hungry
This company wants to screw people over by not letting them use the app for discounts.
They purposely make the app faulty to not be able to get rewards. This way, they keep more money in their pockets.
