Terrible service
Avoid this company if you can especially with airport transfers. I believe they make the description and cost quite misleading and then proceed to overcharge with no warning or notice.
1st disappointment
Swift cars I like because u can pay cash and drivers have always been on time… except today.
Booked a car 1hr in advance for a 18:30pm pick up and called twice by 18:20pm.
Wasn’t until 18:50 that the driver caller to say he is still in traffic 😡 having already made me late for work. So for this I give it 3 stars

They just block your account
They block your account and claim that it’s because u never answered their calls but nobody calls just ran excuse to not do The. trip. No stars.

It was the first time to use swift , I booked a cab to the airport ,the driver was very polite and helped me to load and unload my luggage. The car was very clean and more than comfortable . Although It was just for one person , they sent me a big Nissan serena I have never seen before.

First thing first. While reading the reviews, I realised few negative points about Timing, personal hygiene etc.
We all live in London and we need to realise how traffic and road accidents aren’t taxi drivers faults, and it’s sad for blaming this excellent car hire company for stuff that its not their fault.
However if so I ALWAYS got informed when my diver is coming and if he got a little bit delayed. (Especially with this app (Just like Uber)). Swift cars is the most reliable taxi company, their service is on top, excellent customer care & well met customer needs.
Cars are clean and well looked after, especially up to everyone’s standards (unless you’re a person underneath which has no morals, discriminates people, & have enough money to get chauffeured driven for the HIGH NEEDS, please don’t call these genuine people.)

For a small company they care about their customers & needs. When I had an morning or late night trip to the airport the taxi was waiting for me outside patiently. He understood where I stand with my flight and he tried to please my needs when it came to it.
I highly recommend this company. It’s for everyone’s budget. Won’t hurt your pocket as other “taxi companies around London”. All workers are lovely people & they are willing to help under any type of circumstance 🙏🏼

Cannot rate less than One. Reliable after over two years with me using the service very often ( likely twice a week for airport trips). Today booked a non-airport trip, well before the two hours ‘guaranteed’ trip to get a call, 15-20mt saying they cannot do the service! When I’ve said that was above the two hours guarantee service I was told ‘ no drivers today ‘! What about tomorrow? Are u able to guarantee my service tomorrow? Can’t care less with the reply as will it use you again...

Ok app, awful minicab service
As Queen’s Park locals for 20 years we’ve tried to support Swift Cars in the face of Uber’s takeover and but have been let down too many times. From late cars to smelly drivers. The final straw came today when my 6.20am booking to Euston had somehow not logged onto their system. I called at 6.25 and they said they could get a car to me by 6.50. For a 7.00 train. Unforgivable.
Thankfully there was an Uber in the area and I got there just in time, but sorry Swift, we’ll never use you again.

Appalling. Can’t recognise signal
Since refresh completely unreliable. Sort it out. It claims to not have a signal when there is one! Have tried reinstalling.
Old version was better
Previously could contact the driver but now have to go through their switchboard. Lot of time hanging around airports...
