Horrible, waste of money
This app doesn’t work. It constantly demands I upgrade. Meanwhile I live in a communal building and on a weekly basis, the intercom panel is “down,” despite being less than a year old. When you try to open the door via the app, it doesn’t work because the panel is offline. For thousands of dollars, I’d HOPE this works for at least a year. NOPE!

Facial recognition is excellent. We love Swiftlane. It’s an easy way for us to come in and out of the building without keys. The only downside was it went out twice and people were shut out of the building briefly. I added a keypad to the side door of the building if it ever happens again.

Swiftlane had become so convenient lately! Whenever someone calls, family member, friend, or delivery person, I get a notification from my phone that sounds like a doorbell and I get to see who it is before unlocking the main door to my compartment building. It’s pretty cool!!

This is the best interface for property managers to use while on the go. No need to use a computer and login to the website when you have every single feature on your phone!

I enjoy the Swiftlane app, I can see who is at the door and buzz in from everywhere.
I really like the visitor pins for my dog walker and family when they visit- I don’t have to give out my keys!
It’s also saved me a few times when I forgot my keys and buzzed myself in.

Nice and easy
I love the facial recognition access when I come home with my arms full I also love being able to view who is at the door ringing my bell to come in except when it occasionally isn’t working

I like that everyone has their own access code to get in the building, and that you have face recognition also where you can also enter the building.
