I like the update version
Swiftlane had become so convenient lately! Whenever someone calls, family member, friend, or delivery person, I get a notification from my phone that sounds like a doorbell and I get to see who it is before unlocking the main door to my compartment building. It’s pretty cool!!

Easy access
I enjoy the Swiftlane app, I can see who is at the door and buzz in from everywhere.
I really like the visitor pins for my dog walker and family when they visit- I don’t have to give out my keys!
It’s also saved me a few times when I forgot my keys and buzzed myself in.

Nice and easy
I love the facial recognition access when I come home with my arms full I also love being able to view who is at the door ringing my bell to come in except when it occasionally isn’t working

Swiftlane building access security system
I like that everyone has their own access code to get in the building, and that you have face recognition also where you can also enter the building.

Love the face recognition and ability to allow access to a secure lobby for deliveries when I’m not home. No more packages left outdoors
Horrible, waste of money
This app doesn’t work. It constantly demands I upgrade. Meanwhile I live in a communal building and on a weekly basis, the intercom panel is “down,” despite being less than a year old. When you try to open the door via the app, it doesn’t work because the panel is offline. For thousands of dollars, I’d HOPE this works for at least a year. NOPE!

No real time photo
App used to be better before they updated it… you were able to see quic real time footage of the front door… now it takes forever to update and gives you a still image

Swiftlane has made accessing our building completely seamless. The facial recognition and mobile unlock features work flawlessly every time, eliminating the need to fumbled for keys or fobs. Highly recommend for any modern property

Only reason for docking a point is that they have hidden the features such as face unlock, seeing visitors etc behind a subscription.
This is not Netflix. Most people don’t want to pay subscription for apartment security system. This should be rolled into whatever they are charging the building owners not charge tenants. Kinda annoying that everything is a subscription these days.
Otherwise a great system. Love it.
