It needs improvement
The app it’s okay but it needs a lot of work. It needs to be able to be very accurate and it needs to be able to clic on the location and navigate in Google if it’s need it.
I use this for my kids safety and is not that accurate, it lacks more options that are important. And also I’m paying for this service so you guys really need to consider improving the app.

Found a thief
I am very pleased with the GPS tracker because it helped me find a thief in my company who stole a very valuable tool and denied it over and over when I asked about where that tools at however because he had no idea that it was had a GPS track after denying it multiple times to my face I confronted him about that the tool had a tracker device in it and I was able to locate the tool going from the place of business to multiple places and also he ended up at a pawnshop however the battery did die so it stopped tracking but it was good enough that I was able to recover my stolen tool

About my mom
So, she is in her first stage of dementia and it’s really hard to keep track of my mama even though she’s got my dad there. I’m still 2 1/2 hours away from her. Never when I thought that this time would come, and I am so grateful that there are devices out here up until I can uproot and move up there with my parents to take very good care of them. I am so grateful for this device and for all the people at T-Mobile that help me set it up,. 🙂❤️

Worked for a day
the app worked great for a day. afterwards app wouldn’t let us go in and said “error starting syncup tracker”.. no matter how many times we clicked “retry”. we tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it.. it then wanted us to setup the trackers again even though we used the same login.. we put the info in manually (imei and iccid) because the trackers were already in the vehicles.. once these were put in all it did was show the buffering icon and nothing happened. idk if the app is down or what..(we tried on multiple phones too) but an app for tracking needs to be reliable. returning the trackers if the app doesn’t start working.

Location accuracy is only off by about 20ft so it should be fine since I have it tracking my car.
