TABBY CASH - a mistake

The tabby cash feature that was released recently has caused me so much trouble. I had a transaction decline twice but the funds were deducted and Tabby has not been able to refund the amount even after repeated conversations with the most frustrating customer service to ever exist. The customer service of Tabby takes an hour to reply to every message. They assured me that the refund would be within 5 days, after the five days they asked me to wait for another 3 days and once that was over they told me it would take 32 days. No other bank in UAE will take 32 days for an amount to be refunded.
