Very bad app
I had the app 24hrs open and when I get a ride never let me accept because automatic the app close the ride. Error!! in the systen all the time!!

Issue with start ride
When I came to pick up location app didn’t let me start the ride. After 10 min I decided restart the app then it shows arrived button then start button. Also before the ride if you can show till will added after the ride will be helpful . Otherwise driver will get confused will you add toll after the ride or this is full amount of fare. Thank you

Job selection
It will be good if Tada app allow us to select vehicle selection job. Ie can choose whether to accept job for 6 seater etc like other platform has.

Some problems
During the job when he using a GPS, usually when you get a new job we will flip over but it’s not flipping over now. we need press the icon every time you need to take the job and click the icon to see the next job. so troublesome.
