Paid, couldn’t access my account

The exercises are ok. Looks to be computer generated. How does a Tai Chi program mispronounce Chi? The main problem is that I paid for a year, then cancelled - there was no other way to turn off auto-renewal. Then I could no longer log in, even though I should have had access until May of 2027. I tried several contact addresses, but received no response.

I’ve completed one session and you insist on a rating. I’ll let you know in 28 days maybe

Nice App but no Support

I have finished 18 days of my 28 Day Plan but no weight loss so far. I am feeling better & happier though. However, I have been unable to get anyone to reply to my support requests, whether I use the button on the Apple App Store or the 3 that I found inside the app.
I can’t login and can’t get my password reset by anyone so I can change it.
I also wanted to understand what happens when the plan finishes. I don’t want the first plan or the workouts to disappear. I see other challenges on the App Store but if I select Get for one it just takes me to my existing app but with no changes in the content for the new Challenge. How do the other plans fit in and do I have to purchase them in which case where is that done?

Update Sep 1
I have now finished two complete rounds of my first plan and now know when you finish a plan you are given the option to repeat it or have them ask you a few questions and they give you a revised 28 day plan. In both those cases the workouts remain the same including 2 new ones which arrived during the course of the plan. There is still no information on how to select a new challenge or event advertised in the Apple App store. Still no response from support about login. I want to try one of the other challenges but also keep what I have.

Well worth it.

I have exercised all my life until about 4 years ago when arthritis caught up with me. I need a kick up the backside and i have found this Tai chi app exactly what i need to get me going. Am thoroughly enjoying it and trying something new. BUT i have noticed during the daily programme several exercises are repeated three or four times when they used not to be. I now switch off and cant be bothered.

App fell apart

I enjoyed this app for six months and thought it was great. Over the last month the app collapsed - it repeats the same exercise over and over. Today, the same exercise repeated 8 times. It’s time to cancel and move on.

Its OK

I don’t like 1/3 third of the exercises but I encourage others to try it atleast.

Formidable

Beaucoup d’explications c’est fantastique

Going downhill

This app has been enjoyable overall as a simple tai chi routine to supplement my other workouts. I’m in my early 60s and in good physical condition. However as I’ve continued with it, I’m noticing that the routines keep repeating the same exercise over and over again. It’s either a glitch or they have gotten lazy with the routines. I won’t be continuing it for this reason.

Going Good

They repeat

The sets repeat on other programs and they do not fix it.

Great!

Good exercises available and low impact but effective.

Meh

Starts out great but the longer you use the app the more repetitive it gets. The same 3 more multiple times in one workout is ridiculous

Poor customer service

I sent several emails for help and yet no one gets back to me. I am locked out and cannot access account.

Day 1

First day finished everything, but out of breath. Arms are tired.

Great app

Having lived in Shanghai for quite I long time, I can attest to these exercises.
I would watch Chinese people do these exact same exercises in the local park. I only just started this regime but I am enjoying it so far.

Avis favorable

Cela me semble très bénéfique

Tai Chi

Great program for learning stretching the Tia Chi method

Ótima

Still repeating exercises

This used to be a great app, about a month ago it started repeating exercises on the 28 day program - it was just updated yesterday- not fixed. Very frustrating and annoying. I’m not talking about exercises that have a right then left side. Looking through the program I see some that have the same exercise repeated 5 times in one day- ridiculous. Please fix-
