wanted to like this

This app started nicely-28 days but then I realized I was not logged it-and it will not accept PW-no response from email request for help. Sooo- not able to customize or use on another device and stuck with 28 day program that is too easy and that I can’t even choose which one of those i want to do. I want a refund!

Great workout

The plan was easy for a 68 year old to follow.

I really enjoyed

I’m not a workout senior at 72 but this made it doable and interesting. I’m even lifting weights now. Thank you.

Impossible to contact

Tried to contact for password reset. Never answered.
The exercises were duplicating after an app update. Delete and reinstalled the app but now can’t access my already paid subscription. Buyer beware.

Butchery of Tai Chi

I’m afraid that to me, this does not feel like real Tai Chi. There is no instruction for breathing during the exercise which is a huge part of Tai Chi. The moves feel more like hashed fitness routines to fit into a trendy workout app rather than real flow of Tai Chi. All the stock photos are of people in true Tai Chi poses, not one of which I have come across in the actual workouts.

The toggles to turn the voice off didn’t work, the music stopped halfway through and the way the app handle landscape orientation on an iPad is awful.

Sorry, I can’t help feeling this is just another Apple stock templated mass produced app to make someone some quick money…

Nice App but no Support

I have finished 18 days of my 28 Day Plan but no weight loss so far. I am feeling better & happier though. However, I have been unable to get anyone to reply to my support requests, whether I use the button on the Apple App Store or the 3 that I found inside the app.
I can’t login and can’t get my password reset by anyone so I can change it.
I also wanted to understand what happens when the plan finishes. I don’t want the first plan or the workouts to disappear. I see other challenges on the App Store but if I select Get for one it just takes me to my existing app but with no changes in the content for the new Challenge. How do the other plans fit in and do I have to purchase them in which case where is that done?

Well worth it.

I have exercised all my life until about 4 years ago when arthritis caught up with me. I need a kick up the backside and i have found this Tai chi app exactly what i need to get me going. Am thoroughly enjoying it and trying something new. BUT i have noticed during the daily programme several exercises are repeated three or four times when they used not to be. I now switch off and cant be bothered.

False

When I signed up for 7 days free trial I am very annoyed to be charged £49 not happy at all and I have requested a refund.

Fab, nice and calm x

Originally ok, now not so much

The app was originally good but the routines have become repetitive with the same moves being repeated multiple times in the same routines. I assume it is now glitching

Old but cool old!

Awesome

Great app

I use this app as a cool down after working out. I feel it helps me relax while enhancing my flexibility and balance.

I would like to see the ability to use the app offline so that when I am traveling I can use the app if I don’t have internet access. I really missed it on my last trip.

Thanks

Good job

It’s so easy and then when you do, it gets so hot oh my God seven minutes of pain I love it

Confused

The plans have developed what I assume is a problem in that the same exercise is repeated multiple times often three times and sometimes many more. I also noted that previews for an exercise can have the text for another exercise.

Great workout for sore joints

Easy to follow exercises that have helped me regain flexibility despite arthritis in my knees and lower back.

Frustrating come on ads

Your ads all say free to seniors over the age of 70. So I go through all the screens and just before I get my printable app, you want to charge me money. That just sums.

Tai Chi

Outstanding

Done my first lesson

I do believe maybe just maybe by December 13th I can finish my goal. Also I’m under 16 and doing this course…. Shhh

Tai Chi for Beginners Seniors.

I have trouble seeing and doing what is suppose to be done. The lady’s in black and it is difficult to see her hands, palms up or down..? The instructions start too late to get it right. The Repeat button is not working. Can I put up in TV. I had sent another taxi chi offered for seniors that was less expensive. What happened to it?
There was an older man doing one that was easy to see!
Thank you!!!
