MPin Issue
Why introduce Mpin when attempting to set one gives you ‘Mpin too weak, please set a stronger pin. No matter what i enter, it still ask for a stronger pin. So useless. Do you even do UAT before releasing this feature.

I recently updated my taib app, but i was not able to login using my usual scan face id (ios user), so i had no choice but to type down manually my username and pw. i tried logging in again in hopes of the scan face id to be available but sadly it didnt. please fix it.
iphone users cant open the app
hello, why cant i access my app tru my iphone? when adroid phone users can open up their app?
Improvement over the year
3 years ago I cannot do anything with this app, but now it’s working fine as it intended.

Straightforward UI
TAIB has done a good job in creating a UI design that is easy to use for their customers. I could perform various things that i need to do using their online banking such as mobile topups, electricity topups and insurance payment for IITH. Keep up with the good work!
Not fully functioning well since day one upgrade.
Please help to fix the problem with the account statement did not show. This is critical for users and reputations for the TAIB bank.

please reply to the issue occur regarding cannot login eventho many time change pasword etc, not like the old apps.
Just a blank page appeared eventho enter the right username & password.

IT DOESN’T WORK!
I try to log in from both this app and the official website under internet banking, it does not work. Like i keep hitting the login button but nothing happened..it just stay on the same page. That’s very useless! What’s the point of having “internet banking” when this app isn’t working!?
Help and upgrade needed
Having the same issue as mentioned in one of the review in that I cannot log in to the app. After log in, it’ll stay on the same page. Even trying to register new account cannot be done

Unfriendly and useless app.
When an organization changes its app, it normally changes it for the better. But this new TAIB app, it wasted over an hour of my time, changing passwords repeatedly yet I still couldn’t access my Acc. The app asked for username but It actually asking for user ID. As one of the important banks in the country and in time when we are facing movement restrictions because of COVID, public needs efficient banking facilities, so can TAIB please fix this problems ASAP. Thanks.

Why does TAIB have to change to a new app. Same goes to IMAGINE jua. Asal ada new updates, buat app baru. It’s a hassle having to register balik balik!!

The former TAIB app was a bit easier and simpler than this one.

New App Looks Cool, Though
New app is looking really cool. However, it does not feature TAIB's list of branched and ATM/MFM locations.
Also suggest to add a feature for the ATM/MFM whereby users/customers can check whether they are:
- in service/out of service
- cash is available/almost running out/unavailable
- service maintenance/requires replenishing

Invalid / Incorrect Password forever
I have been resetting my password multiple times because the app for some reason register it as invalid/incorrect password.
Please make sure the app is working before rolling it out.
If I can give it zero star, I would due to no function at all.

Can’t get access into the app
Hi, I couldn’t get access into the app though I already changed my password 😅 when I hit the login button it’s just stays on the same page.
